Called in these guys to fix an issue with my toilets - never a particularly pleasant job, but Ryan and Glenn were very professional in their work and personable in their manner. They were very focused on the task in hand, made sure to clean up before they left and even fixed the access panels which were loose before they arrived. Also having gone for an 8-hour window, I could make sure I was in when they came thanks to a message about 20mins beforehand with a map link showing how far away they were. Little touches well executed like that are the sign of a good service to me.

I brought in Uber plumber to replace my existing boiler and tank for a new combi when my old boiler was on its last legs. They were very good at all stages of the process:
- Their quote was very detailed and they were very responsive to my follow up queries.
- They offered a very timely service, even over the Christmas period: they were able to offer a swift appointment and they were able to complete what was a big job in a single day.
- They have experience in installing smart thermostats (many plumbers either didn't offer this service or demonstrated a lack of experience).
- Their engineers were friendly and open. And responsive to follow up with no issue.
- Their work was neat and they left the flat clean after they finished.

Would definitely recommend

Other than a small bit of office confusion after I asked to reschedule (at late notice), can't ask for more. Glenn and Ryan both great.

Having tried several times without success to find a gas engineer to solve my boiler issue, I rang Uber Plumbers. The initial contact on the telephone was both polite and efficient and Ryan, the engineer who came to my London flat to discuss my problem, arrived a couple of days later. Not only was the old (17 years) boiler not giving me any hot water, the pipes and flues ran up to the upstairs flat, meaning that they could not be checked for carbon monoxide build up. This meant that British Gas had deemed the boiler at risk and had refused to provide a gas certificate.
Ryan spent a considerable amount of time considering the various options available, and even came back a second time with a colleague, Glenn, so that the issue could be looked at by them both.
At the end of the day, the only option that was good for me was the fitting of a new gas boiler and the installation of new pipes and flues in the ceiling void, with inspection hatches so that that the flues could be checked for any potential carbon monoxide build up. All through tis period, there was excellent communication by phone and e-mail with Uber Plumbers,who explained the plan of action and costs in detail, so I knew exactly what would be happening on the day.
Ryan and Steve arrived to do the job the following week. This was not an easy installation to carry out, but over the two days that they were here, their attitude was totally professional even when they encountered a few difficulties and the work was carried out with good humour and courtesy at all times. They were very clean and tidy and tidied up afterwards on both days. I cannot fault the work they did in any way whatsoever and I was very impressed overall with Uber Plumbers attitude and efficiency and the high quality of the engineers I came into contact with. Two smart competent guys turned up at the agreed time, diagnosed the issues and addressed the immediate ones while giving a sensible explanation of the broader situation and some suggestions for further work. Very good.

Brilliant as always

What a relief to deal with objective, reliable and knowledgeable professionals. Had an issue with my cylinder, a couple of clueless plumbers around, loads of money and no solution. Found uber online, browsing. Great decision, only company I'll call from now on (hope I don't need it though:)

They told me a part was faulty, which turned out to be working fine. They told me it was a legal requirement to fit a flue inspection hatch, which is not true. They turned off my central heating vent, which could have caused damage to my boiler. They were most unhelpful when I discussed these issues with them.

The service was quick, efficient and friendly

Uber Plumbers were really easy to deal with to set up an appointment and Ryan came the next day. I had a list of jobs that I thought I would just get an estimate for on the day, but Ryan did them straight away - no fuss, no telling me it was more complicated than I thought, no telling me I'd have to wait for parts to be ordered. He was really thorough and careful not to make a mess and put everything back better than it was before. And I thought the work was really reasonably priced. I can't recommend him highly enough.
