the delivery was fast, the food was delicious, especially the olives and the turkish yogurt. Can't wait to try the spice mix.

The Suci when I ordered expires within 3 days after I have purchased it. The bread was extremely low quality and definitely didn’t look like the ones in the photos of the website. The Lokma was low quality in low-quality oil and had a weird, sugary syrup that tasted artificial— not authentic. Overall, I would not recommend Turkish porter; it’s a rip-off, and there’s no customer service, so don’t expect a refund. Alongside their website not functioning properly— I couldn’t sign up with Apple ID— it would give a JavaScript error, and when I did make an account and tried to log in, it wouldn’t work either, so your personal data is at possible risk.

My favourite Turkish grocery shop in London! We hadn’t ordered for a while as we were away, but decided to order again recently. I noticed some negative reviews and reached out to them via Instagram, they replied immediately and were so friendly and kind. Our order arrived fresh and beautifully packaged, just as always. I especially recommend their manti, yufka, and lahmacun.

Fast efficient service

Ordered, paid, and never got the delivery,
But what is much worse, they have NO customer service!
Tried to reach them on their website, facebook and whatsapp a few times and nothing! not even a small reply!

Delivery day could have been communicated better. Did not receive goods for 5 days - with no indication when it would arrive -but goods were great.

I've had my eyes on this company for some time because when my Turkish friend is in Turkey I can't get what I like as I don't drive and she uses Palmers green I believe. I love Galori seeded bread that's the Greek name as my step father is Greek. The bread was from yesterday and I ordered 15 loaves to freeze.
Sorry that's not good we all want same day bread to freeze and I don't like it all wrapped in plastic where is sweats and the crust goes soft which means not fresh.
Other items seem ok but I also wanted olive bread and hallomi bread. They were large rolls not a loaf and for the money asked it's false advertising and a bit of a rip off. I feel like I've wasted over 100 pounds quite honestly.
The veg was fresh potatoes and carrots onions but the baby cucumber some were softer than others. My friend brings me crunchy watery cucumber unfortunately not this time. Would I use again 🤔No I wouldn't I'm sorry but even the packaging was thrown in the veg feel out the bags because they were soaking wet from defrosted transport ice packs. No care at all. Not a good experience at all....
I just not.
And I'm missing a Gozleme. That's about a fiver for God's sake.

I have been dealing with this company for years but my last order was not delivered (due to inadequate paperwork apparently) and, like a number of other customers it seems, I have been completely blanked by the company when I attempted to contact them. Something has obviously gone badly wrong with Turkish Porter.

Ordered from here many times. Superb service. Great range. Lovely food. And as A Gazoz addict it's great. Highly recommend

Originally they were really good, but I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks about an issue and received one email. Awfuly slow, when I rang the number and went to live chat I get blanked. Very odd.
