I have just received my order for Ramadan paketi. Almost all the dry foods from different countries, not from Turkey. Lentil packages, pasta and green lentil packagases came all open. I asked for refund for these items, hopefully they will come back to me. If I don't receive refund for these items, I will report here again.

I’m really disappointed. They used to be such a good company, but things have changed. I placed an order and it was delivered five days after the purchase. Because it was food, I had to throw everything away.

They don’t answer the phone, and their WhatsApp replies are slow and unhelpful. It’s such a shame, because I trusted them before. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again until their service improves.

I am very frustrated. They only have a mobile phone to contact, which goes straight to voicemail.

I left 2 messages and made 5 phone calls. I sent 2 emails to them, but no reply.

I am buying first time and I was very happy of all i bought. I will return to buy some more products.

Bought their pomegranate juice via Amazon: it was rancid and past its sell by date.

I recently ordered from Robinhood, and I’m really impressed with the whole experience. The delivery was super fast, which was a great surprise! All the products were fresh and high quality, exactly what I was hoping for. Another bottle of juice had lid damage, it was depressed, but had a dent in it, so didn't pop. So far total loss of £19.59 or 24% of the total order. I'll update this review as I go through the rest of the bottles.

Unfortunately, I've just discovered that yet another bottle was damaged under the lid, resulting in broken glass in juice. What on earth is happening at the warehouse?! That's 5 damaged bottles out of 24; the loss of £16.30 or 20% of the total order.

Unfortunately, the customer service is much poorer than I thought. I have since e-mailed and texted the seller as they've asked me, and received no response to either message. Their comment below seems like a mockery now.

Original review 09/07/2025: Great range of products, items packed very well, and the delivery is quick, but unfortunately a lot of damaged goods and unable to receive a re-fund or even a response. My previous order had 1 bottle of juice that was open, thankfully they refunded it. My last order contained 4 damaged bottles out of 24 (security seals broken). That's a loss of £13.04 or 16% of the total order. No response to my repeated e-mails or Facebook messages. I will shop again because even accounting for the loss, it is still the cheapest deal around for great products, but very disappointing that items are not checked at the point of packing, and you never know how many items you'll have to throw away.

Always affordable prices, fresh products, fast shipping. My favorite features are very fast communication with customer service. They are very kind. The fact that the invoices show VAT is also very good for our business.

Absolutely appalling customer service who don’t read or listen! When I made my order I only received a VAT invoice. No order summary! I had to call to remind them about my order as two days after placing my order I still hadn’t received any confirmation for dispatch. I received my order today but two items missing although I told them to contact me if there was any items not in stock they just ignored. I called them and spoke to a supervisor who confirmed they were going to send me the missing items. As if I didn’t confirmed that I don’t want a refund but items to be replaced they just ignored what we have discussed and sent me a message two hours later saying they refunded me as they didn’t have the items in stock. I called back and requested to speak with the supervisor. The person on the phone was rude and told me that the supervisor was on a break. I messaged them to confirm my request and their reply was rude and told me that supervisor has left for the day even though it was around 3 pm. I definitely won’t be buying from this company and not recommend anyone.

I had a problem with delivery company (my parcel wasn’t delivered on the day of estimated delivery and then got lost). Robin Food’s customer services handled the situation professionally. They have called and informed me about the issue and then they have sent a new box to replace my lost order.

It’s amazing to find all the Turkish products I’ve been missing, and the variety is great. The website design is user-friendly, though it can be a bit slow when removing items to the basket.

Our order arrived in 3 days, and the packaging for glass items was excellent. However, I wouldn’t recommend ordering frozen products, as the börek I received was defrosted despite being in a thermo-protective package. Additionally, I ordered a small Cicibebe, but it came repackaged from a multipack rather than its original packaging.

Wonderful range of products. The fresh food is absolutely wonderful. Huge range of tasty cheeses too. I highly recommend.
