Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company. After sending in my MacBook for repair, I received no communication whatsoever. I had to call multiple times for updates, only to be told they couldn’t provide any because their outsourced third-party repair service wasn’t responding. When I finally got my MacBook back, the original issue was still there. They admitted they missed something and asked me to send it in again. Completely unacceptable—avoid this company at all costs

Poor service
Firstly the medical assistance line was out of order and did not work at the weekend while I was travelling. Meaning I had to repatriate my child with zero help from them. Secondly the claim review process is the slowest I have ever experienced, do NOT chase them by email as this resets the lengthy process of review. Initially I was told 10 days, now its 15 days and if you accidentally reset it by simply emailing them it starts again!!!! Whether they pay or not its an avoid for me. For information I work in a claims department of a manufacturing company.

Overall quick and easy
Buying the policy was quick and easy. Even the customer service is good and they answer very quickly. Had to change policy but all done very quickly. Covers older phones as well, as not many companies do this. All in all good so far, hopefully the claims process is also very effective if ever needed, hopefully not:)
Will definitely recommend to others 👌

I wouldn't insure with anyone else.
I felt trusted insurances went above and beyond to help me. Kevin offered to call me on the date I needed to buy my insurance, so that the payment would go through on the correct day. They're always helpful and efficient and have replaced my phone numerous times. I've insured 3 devices for £15.50, with only £25 excess and no limit. A price I definitely couldn't find elsewhere!

A Trusted Cover
This is my second time, I am purchasing a mobile phone insurance from this company. Their terms & Conditions in respect of their policy is straightforward and I should say it very clear to understand. No jargon wordings are used and it's simple to understand.
I have a diamond cover and the premium may sound a little hefty, nevertheless the coverage of the equipment is of a high standard. The wallet cover on this policy is something that you would never get with other providers/insurers. Some don't even want to mention this in their policy or when you do a quote online. I am covered for a maxium of £500, as I have numerous credit cards in my Google wallet.
In a nutshell Trusted Mobile insurance has forseen and covered all aspects of your bubble. Bravo.

Claim for a fault internal screen for a fold 3.
I ad to make a claim with them for a mobile screen that just stopped working (fold 3 internal screen). They did request a lot of documents including proof of usage which was new to me but something most mobile provider are able to send within 24 hours. In my case there was no damange but the internal screen just stopped working. They did ask a lot of question but once everything was answered the rest of process was great. I pain the excess, arrange pickup, they took around 10 working days to fix and return the phone. Response to an email I sent was resonably quick as well.

AVOID - SHOP ELSEWHERE
made a claim for my damaged phone, apparently a monthly payment had failed so they would not continue the claim, called their customer service department to pay the monthly payment to be told they cannot accept card payments. I had to reset the direct debit, now to be told they have to wait for confirmation of payment (estimated to be 17-19th June) before they will look at the claim, all this time needing my phone repairing - sounds like delay tactics, painfully slow at answering queries or resolving anything, quick enough to take your money though!!!!!
