Ordered a tempered glass cover for Samsung s8, waited 3 months and enquired to be advised that shipment is stuck in transit and a new one will be sent. At this point, I already asked for a refund but they assured me a new one will be sent immediately. After another 3 months if finally arrived although whilst we were on holiday for a month so could only collect it when we returned. For the item and what cheap rubbish, nothing like advertised, it actually cracked whilst placing it onto my screen. When I emailed and asked for a refund I was advised that policy is for refunds only within 48 hours of item being delivered. Now they say it was delivered in Oct already but I was only advised in Dec that item is ready and could only collect in Jan as we were overseas. I will never use this company again, inconvenience and extremely low quality products. Be warned.

Do not use this site !!! You will not get your order.. you will get a fake tracking number!!! I’m warning you now!!! I got my money back but I had to dispute through my bank and wait 2 weeks..

The do false advertising and the changed their customer support email so that you can't contact them. I will never buy anything from them again

Terrible! This website is a joke! I ordered a “blanket” & when it finally arrived it wasn’t big enough to cover a baby! I contacted customer service multiple times, they have no phone number! They offered me a refund if I shipped the napkin back! I was shocked they wanted it back! Shipping costs were over $25 to China & I still have not received a refund. This was over a year ago. I’m so mad that this company is still operating like an actual business. I’ve tried reporting them for the scam they are!

I purchased a product from trending vip, and when it arrived the packaging was crushed. It had no contact info, or instructions inside the packaging. It took so long to get here that I no longer had any information on who I purchased it from. The only way I was able to get contact info was from my PayPal. The link it sent me to was not active. I was only able to email. Do not purchase from this site complete GARBAGE, and support is horrible. only accept request for product replacement or refund within 48 hours from the delivery date of the item. I wish it allowed pictures of what the packaging looked like when received. Coming from China, it should have been packaged alot better than this.

Bought their shower corner shelf. Will not stay up on any sort of shower wall textured surface--in other words, any fiberglass enclosure. Won't stay up on tile, which is smooth, but won't grip because of the grout lines. Contacted them. They want me to send a video of the shelf falling off the wall! Won't buy again.

I bought a phone shield protector which broke as soon as I put it on.
Also bought a phone case which was cheaply made and you couldn't see thru the cover. Their return policy they expected an unopened package, a photo of the ad to compare, and then pay for shipping which would have been over $30 for a $20 item. Terrible company. You get what you pay for.

My tempered glass arrived all cracked up. I gave it to my niece and when she opened it she found it all cracked up. when I tried to reach out to trending VIP, the support email doesn't work. The phone # that was provided was of no help. Waste of my hard earned dollars. I ordered another one for my phone b4 I found out that the one that I gave my neice was cracked up.

Terrible customer service. They refuse to refund my money. Before item ships.

SCAMMERS IN April i bought their note 8 temper glass through a ad on facebook well were in October never received my order and their is no way to contact them.

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing a screen protector from this company. Reading your reviews about receiving the screen protector cracked, well I wish that would have happened to me. Mine came in fine condition but after putting it on my phone it started to crack within a week and I didn't even drop the phone or anything. Well I just took the screen protector off because it was so badly cracked and realized that my actual phone screen underneath is completely cracked everywhere. Now I need to buy a new phone which is going to cost me way more than the screen protector did. This company is a complete scam do not buy from them!

If I could rate this company a ZERO I would. First of all, why are you selling people that OWN Galaxy note 8, two shields for different phones, the other being a S8..really, how is that a bonus when I dont own that type of phone. Second, you have no warranty and my flimsy "glass" shattered from one drop in a couple of days. I contacted customer service with no luck, not even offering a discount for another one. VERY GREEDY COMPANY! I'LL MAKE SURE I'M DEALING WITH U.S. COMPANIES FROM NOW ON!!!

If I could give less I would !😡 I purchased baby foam safety edges, when I had them tested they have HARMFUL CHEMICALS in them 😡 there selling this for a toddler , which could put it in there mouth 😡... I contacted them, explained about harmful chemicals and they said I couldn’t return them !.. plus they were VERY RUDE ! I contacted PayPal and was and opened a dispute , then I was able to return if I payed return ..postage for return is $30.00 (Singapore) product is $36.00 .. bottom line they could care less of the DANGERS to children

Bad communication, any of the link to their customers support site are not working, charged for premium express shipping but it will take minimum of 14 days (seriously?) tried to cancel within 5 minutes after placing order but got no response. Everything pointing to a scamming business. If I want to wait for the whole month to get my item, I'll order from Wish.

I didnt get a confirmation email for my previous order. So I tried reaching out to them several times. But I get no answer. Now i dont even know if my order is coming or not. WASTED 30 DOLLARS trusting this online business.

This company is terrible all around, with a horrible policy! I purchased not 1 but 2 6D galaxy s7 covers, & both were broken when I opened the packs! It took damn near a month to get to me in the first place which was ridiculous! Then when reported l was told I only get 48 hrs after delivery to request for a replacement.
This company is a scam and should be ashamed of what they're doing to people! I wrote them back an email (which is the only way of contact) an told them I will be posting my review & pictures of everything online about my terrible experience so ppl don't waist money or time on their crappy products that are supposed to be "shatter resistant"👎

Terrible customer service, they sent wrong product out and could not accept that their system is flawed. It's sad when online scam businesses take this approach. Seems to me that they were trying to get rid of some old stock..

Ordered tempered glass covers for my S8+ and S8note. Its taken forever to get and now the post office supposedly delivered them and I never got them. I have the post office investigating now with my local PO. This company has poor communication and cannot be reached on phone listed. NEVER again will I order from them!

I ordered the S9 case, they were broke when I got them. Emailed them WITHIN 48 hrs sent video and pics, still WAITING!

This store is a rip off. The shipping from china takes too long. And their customer service sucks.
