I ordered a set of drones in November The order looked like it didn't go thru so I reordered them. I suddenly receive an emailed that my credit card was charged for two orders. I immediately contacted the company to cancel one order. After 3 emails asking them to cancel the orders, I was told that it was too late. I did receive the drones in December In the meantime, I got a notice that more drones were on the way. I sent my drones back but my credit has yet to be issued. I just received yet another notice that more drones are on the way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered three pack of drones two weeks before Thanksgiving - thought they would be delivered by Thanksgiving - it's now six weeks and I've been trying to cancel this order for a month with NO results and their company sending me deceptive emails - I would not believe ANYTHING they say - JUST CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY - needless to say, I'll NEVER order from them again - ARGGH don't trust Facebook ads EVER!!!!! Believe me, I'm sharing all this on Facebook too.

I received the drone as promised. It took awhile. It was a blast!!! Had so much fun with it. Tried charging it but it wouldn't. I emailed the company today. Will wait to hear. I hope they will help or resolve it. This thing is awesome!!!

Pure cheap crap! Don’t waste your money! I ordered the cute little flying Fairy dolls for my granddaughters. I bet they break while taking them out of the cheap crushed box.

Absolutely pathetic. Do not order from these criminals. Ordered over a month ago, and still nothing. Going to miss Christmas. They are a sham company. Buyer beware....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Absolutely f***ing useless.
Ordered a jumper off the site, looked at the measurements on the size chart before ordering... ordered a small men’s jumper and it’s tiny. Measured the jumper when it arrived and the measurements don’t match up to what is online. Contacted customer services and they tried offering 30% off the item and keeping the item. I rejected as the item is useless as it doesn’t fit an they offered 50% off and I rejected again. They’re saying I have to pay for the item shipping to China even though it wasn’t my fault their sizing is wrong!

Bought item from Worldwide Package Pte Ltd throug Paypal. Have a receipt for payment. Goods not arrived. email address for seller given Does not exist. Paypal not helping to resolve at all. Money paid and no trace of this Company

After reading the other reviews I am not the only one having an issue with this company. Horrible customer service, horrible customer relations, horrible communication. Returned a cooler a/c portable. misplaced the TRACKING # info. but returned in same packaging as what I received.Called to find out after 15 days when my refund would be posted. They first told me, Marcus he could not find ANY information about my return. Yet, fortunately I kept the e-mail from him when I contacted them about my wish to return. It was the same Marcus. Minutes later he then told me he found it. Then told me he needed my tracking # to see if the warehouse received it. Did not have that info. Can't they use my name, address as well as the RA# clearly posted on the package. Never use this company again. Customers beware!!!

Just to make a long story short. I ordered one hydro-mousse and was offered 2 more at half price. I accepted the deal ,two weeks later I received 3 empty spray bottles. packages clearly stated comes with grass seed and hydro=mousse. Tried to call their customer service line. 11 calls with no response. finally i received an email stating their customer service line doesn't work. After several e-mails back and forth ($45.00} for 3 empty useless spray bottles. Service rep. named Michael replied- Too bad ,give them as gifts. I tried to give them a review on their site and it would not allow a negative review. I saved the E=mails and am filing a report with the BBB. If anyone knows any other ways to get information out to consumers .please let me know. It may protect other consumers from being ripped off.

Scam. I purchased a product that was supposed to have 15 pieces. Months later I received 3. They haven't responded to multiple emails or voice messages to their "customer service".
Wish that I lived close enough to walk into their "offices" and surprise them.

This company has misleading adds, a fake 100 % satisfaction guarantee! I was unhappy with the product i was shipped and tried to return it but all i got was run around.I would warn anyone looking to buy from this company look somewhere else for your needs! You will be unhappy and they will do noting to fix it.

Crooks! Stay away. They disappear if you try to contact them about returning something defective. Various discontinued addresses, operating under various names. Absolutely crooked. The first tipoff is the shipping address - Hong Kong.

I ordered something back in November, was charged, then it never showed up. It's now February of the following year.

Bought a pair of the magic gloves. They came while I was away so I opened the packet 3 days after it was delivered. I used them the next day when j found a hole in the right glove. I wrote to them but no answer. I wrote several times. It wasn’t until I wrote a bad review in internet did they reach out ONLY to say they do not exchange or refund after 48 hrs!!! This is the worse customer service I have ever seen!!!

I bought a car detail gun. The box came crushed and the gun is broken. I contacted them, they wanted a video of it being broken. After sending the video they sent an email and said sorry we can’t help. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. Cheap Chinese crap! They won’t refund my money, or replace the broken parts. You were warned!

I purchased two pairs of the magic silicone gloves. They were very ineffective. The bristles are so soft that they do not remove any food from your dishes. Also, because you have to put soap on the gloves, this means that when you rinse your dishes, you have to remove one glove off to ensure that all of the soap is removed from the dish. What is worse is the customer service. I emailed them to find out how to return them and they said they only accept unused items in their original packaging. How on earth is one supposed to know that their gloves are ineffective without trying them first? This company knows exactly what it is doing. It is selling an ineffective product and making it so that the product cannot be returned so that they can keep your money.
