This site is a scam. I ordered from them on April 23rd. They never shipped the items and canceled my order on May 16th. They listed the reason for cancellation as “staff error.” They issued no refund for the order. I threatened them to do a chargeback with my credit card on May 19th and on May 21st they issued a partial refund. They kept $7.05 of the $11.12 I was charged. Do not buy from them or they will steal your money and never ship what you ordered. They don’t respond to emails and don’t seem to care about the people they are ripping off.

I ordered some hydration drinks a month ago. They emailed and said the order was canceled but didn’t give an explanation. They said a refund would be made but a month later there’s still no refund issued and they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. They’re basically stealing money.

I ordered a bag of pecans. With the confirmation, I was given a delivery date of 6-7 days later. 2 weeks later they had still not been shipped. I messaged them via their website with no reply. A few days later I called them with no answer, left a voice message, and had no reply. Another 4 days later the order was canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances".

EDIT: While the cancelation notice said the refund had not yet been processed, 2 weeks later it still has not. I asked a week ago when it would be processed with no reply. How can a company fail so badly in a simple purchase of a bag of nuts? You either deliver them or refund - it's not rocket science!

Ordered a case of energy drinks on April 24th. No updates no one answers the phone and no email replies. I would recommend not ordering from them and just stick with trusted known sites.

Order, number POP10016720, containing two pack of Fairchild's Apple Cider Vinegar was placed on February 25th and was never delivered. It it now May 4th and no one answers the phone or email to check on this order.

Popular Items continues to sent and charge after repeatedly calling and requesting them not too. They will not answer the phone, return my call or stop sending unwanted products.

I ordered a double bottles of pinesol.used my $5 shop money with my money and for $18 I placed my order on March 12 2025. It is April 9 2025 still no products delivered. Emailed Ralph several times. Always checking on order and apologizing for the delay. Ups shows my order is at a post office in jackson miss. Waiting on the sender to get in touch to send to the purchaser. I finally received a reply on March 4th to my previous review & was told they would ship the correct items. I STILL have not received what I originally ordered. I emailed them asking when I can expect the shipment
& haven't received any correspondence. Ralph is the person who told me this in an email. I had planned to write a positive review for them when I received my CORRECT order but it's not looking like that will be happening any time soon unfortunately.

Ordered item in January 6. Expected international delivery Jan 20. It’s Feb 18 and it still has not shipped. Called, sent emails (5) and tried their chat, absolutely no response whatsoever. Horrid customer service. I want my money back or the product I ordered. Shameful.

Over-delivered deliciousness! I order a package of Nerds Gummy Clusters and I received 2 packages! Delivered on time, just in time for my nephew’s visit.
