I book all my travel tickets and fo my family too, through Eric. He is excellent at finding various options for us, as we tend to fly on different days etc.
As long as Eric is there, will be doing all my future travel via him !

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Travel Unravel Limited. Following an airline cancellation, I was assured multiple times that my refund would be processed, yet I am still waiting for my money to be returned.
Communication has been poor, promises have not been honoured, and I have had to continuously chase for updates without any proper resolution. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
As a customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and timely handling of a straightforward refund matter. Sadly, my experience with Travel Unravel Limited has been the complete opposite.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious and to carefully consider their options before booking through this company. At the moment my lawyers are proceeding a law suit against the company.

Travel unravel customer service is detailed articulate and accommodating. Working with Diesel was a blessing . My travel was December 2025, to march 2026. While in Canada, I had a death in the family and had to get to USA. Diesel got me a flight that was smooth at short notice. Diesel handled everything to help with the stress.price was accommodating.

Call was answered quickly, very helpful and quick to book from start to finish. Dealt with a gentleman named Diesel who was knowledgeable and polite. He answered everything I needed. Booking was very quick.

I contacted Travel Unravel using a telephone number saying that they were British Airways. I wanted to change my booking with BA. The person who answered took my reference number and proceeded to change the booking. I was charged double the amount they paid BA. When I called the company they eventually said it was BAs fault and they would sort it with BA . They eventually refunded some of the money but not all and have ignored my attempts to get a breakdown of the refund.
