Misleading information

I contacted Travel Unravel using a telephone number saying that they were British Airways. I wanted to change my booking with BA. The person who answered took my reference number and proceeded to change the booking. I was charged double the amount they paid BA. When I called the company they eventually said it was BAs fault and they would sort it with BA . They eventually refunded some of the money but not all and have ignored my attempts to get a breakdown of the refund.

Too good to be true.

My experience was fantastic because of Eric, he did his best to accommodate me with my booking. This was my second time booking with him and I will continue to book with him, whenever or wherever I am going.

Big thank you to Shane

Big thank you to Shane, everything went smoothy. All paperwork completed and ticket issued on time. I was a little worried at the start because I always book directly with the airlines but having someone to support me with the stop and layover was very helpful. thanks guys

Still waiting on my refund and will not respond

I cancelled my booking as they took twice the amount of money they should off …they did agree in an email and when I spoke to them that they would give me a full refund in 3weeks chased them again as no money in my bank account. They said another week … still no money in my account …
Have tried calling and sending emails but they will not respond to me . It is now 11 weeks and still no money
Do not believe anything they tell you as they are just after your money… keep well away from them
