Roger was helpful when finding me a apartment for my holiday in SA and he got a nice place for me. The only thing I was not happy with was telling me that breakfast was included when it wasn't. But he's a nice guy.

I contacted them for my flight change which was very difficult getting it done and expensive.. she found out the way and gave us the dates which costed us way less than what we had to pay.. excellent customer service !

Awesome, intentional and prompt service. Lisa is very deligent in her job. She was very patient in attending to me. She took her time to explain in details all i requested from her. She picked up her call at any point in time and very polite. Great staff.

I originally thought I was speaking to BA rather than a 3rd party . However Dean at Travel Unravel took care of all my requirements very efficient and I as very happy with the prompt and efficient service.

I was help by Kane Travel agent on that day.
The funny thing is that, I wasn't planning to call a Travel agent on that day. I was looking for the number for Brussels Airlines online, then I called the first number that appeared, this is how I got connected to Kane. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions with respect and calmed. He did everything as he said. I will recommend him to my close family and friend.
Kane keep up with the good attitude and work 👏.

We had to rebook our tickets to Bangkok and Krabi as it was no longer safe to go via Dubai in April, so Kane at travel unravel booked us on Oman air via Muskat. He booked the flights to Bangkok and transfers to Krabi as well as a hotel in Muskat. All went smoothly and we got to our various destinations on time.
The booking process was very smooth and Kane kept emailing and ringing to make sure our tickets had arrived and all was correct. He was keen to alley our fears about travel in these stressful circumstances. All other staff were equally courteous and made us feel that they were keen to look after us.

My agent, Kane, is excellent and very knowledgable. I’ve booked several holidays through him and he’s so helpful, knows immediately what I want and is very pro-active. He always finds a way to give me exactly what I want! I thoroughly recommend Kane and this company.,

Irene was extremely helpful and reassuring. It’s a massive thing for us to be travelling to Brazil for the first time but Irene made the flight purchase experience very straightforward. The option to pay in 3 instalments is also very convenient. I will definitely use travel unravel in the future to buy my flights.

Eric was very friendly and helpful booking a complicated multi-cities trip to Brazil, include temporary hotel stay before the flight. The air company changed the flights and times sometimes, which was stressing, but every time I got prompt assistance to amend the reservations and satisfactory resolution. Very good experience.
