Disappointed
I placed an order on March 30th and paid $19.99 to have it overnight delivered to me on the 31st. The order never arrived due to a technical problem. Today I had that order cancelled and had to reorder for delivery tomorrow. I was told my first order would be refunded but it will take up to 10 days.

I have only an 8 letter password.
I have only an 8 letter password.
The system in order to log me in to my account asks for letters number 9 and 10 which I can not provide.So, I can not access my account. When I called the number that deals with issues concerning website they could not help me.
Poor customer service, tech support and above all horrible software engineering that assumes I must have a 10 letter password. Minimum is 8.
The entire is user unfriendly. Every time there is a mistake either by the user or due to software shortcomings I have to go through the process of answering all these detailed questions and whoops just to qualify to access my account. It is frustrating and extremely cumbersome.
