Ordering is easy and delivery was fast and as ordered. I wish I was able to order smaller denominations and coins, otherwise I would have rated this a 5 star.

Odpowiedź od Travelex US
Dear Stephanie,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the denominations received in your order.
May we take this opportunity to advise that our website does not currently offer the option to select specific denominations and orders will be packed in a general mix of available note sizes. We have asked our online team whether future releases of our website may offer the option to select specific note sizes.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope that this will not deter you from using our Travel Money Service in future.
Kind regards,
Online Support Team

Was making a trip to Canada and ordered Canadian cash. Was delivered on time however trip may be canceled. Unless Trevelex can make Covid disappear then I'd say the experience was pretty good.
