Empresa séria que se preocupa com a satisfação dos seus clientes.

Eu não conhecia a marca, mas comprei porque a propaganda era ótima e os comentários também. Tive problemas com meu fone após alguns meses e recebi o melhor suporte possível. A equipe de atendimento é fantástica, extremamente educados e prestativos, só tenho a agradcer. Recebi um novo produto e espero que este dure bastante, pois estou amando os recursos e qualidade de som. Gostei muito mais do que o primeiro que eu havia comprado. Muito satisfeita com essa empresa, recomendo a todos e já planejo comprar outros itens. Empresa séria que realmente se preocupa com a satisfação dos seus clientes. Parabéns! Continuem assim!

Simply the best service from a brand I've ever had. I bought 2 pairs, one was defective and when I got in touch it was super simple and quick. When I was going to ask for the tracking code, it arrived here. Impeccable service

Pós atendimento de qualidade

Tive um problema tecnico com um fone de ouvido e ao entrar em contato com o suporte foram muito atenciosos e prestativos, resolvendo o problema de forma rápida e eficaz. Recomento os produstos da marca e farei novas aquisições no site. Nota 10!

The team and the earphones from Tranya are amazing.

The Tranya team is simply amazing, producing excellent quality earphones and constantly evolving to please the customer. Moreover, surprisingly, a part of the earphone had an issue and was under warranty. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. I love this company, the customer service team was exceptional, seriously, not just as a fanboy, but Tranya's earphone is the best. This is already the third one I've purchased, and the service has been excellent on top of that. This team is incredible, I love Tranya.
