The magnet of my Tranya smartwacht fell, but they replaced it with a new watch free of charge, no hassle and even paid the customs taxes!

I really appreciated the customer service. 5 star. I have bought 2 Tranya earbuds and would buy them again. Sound is great and most recently one of them stopped working and they replaced it. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for headphones or earbuds. Thanks Tranya!!!!

I have the Tranya T10 earbuds and the audio quality is really nice, however I only bought them about a year ago and they started to malfunction. The customer service team promptly responded to my email and sent a replacement pair when attempts to reset the earbuds did nothing to help. Knocked off a star in my review for longevity of the product, but it was covered within warranty and overall I think they're very good earbuds for what I paid for them.

Tranya T30 - melhor custo benefício
O tranya t30 é o melhor fone com o melbor custo benefício que já utilizei. Me serviu sem nemhum tipo do problema por um ano todo, até eu acidentalmente derrubar a case e ela parar de funcionar. Ele ainda estava na garantia, mas mesmo assim, o suporte foi muito eficiente e me ajudou com meu problema.

Os fones realmente são maravilhosos , mas o relógio que é dito como à prova d'água não resistiu a dois dias de natação em uma piscina olímpica. Mas a empresa foi super atenciosa e estão me enviando outro, porém não é recomendado entrar na agua com o relógio

I had both Tranya T30 and Tranya Nova, I can say that they are very high quality headphones, the best headphones I've ever used, Tranya Nova gave me a charging problem, but I got in touch and They sent me a new one, Tranya support is excellent and practical.
