Comprei o relógio e o fone, são maravilhosos, o único problema é o relógio não ser a prova d’água, porém após ter queimado com água o serviço de atendimento me atendeu muito bem e recebi um novo produto.

Sem sorte com x5, mas adorei o t30

De início adquiri um modelo x5, mas tempos depois ele parou de funcionar o lado esquerdo. Entrei em contato com a tranya e a troca do item por outro foi feita. Optei pelo modelo t30 que já conheço e é ótimo. Uma pena que não tive sorte com o modelo x5, mas a equipe foi perfeita nas instruções de troca.

Great post-selling experience

I bought a headphone on December. it arrived and worked great during 2 months, but, then, I got some malfunctioning. I talked with Tranya through e-mails and they replaced mine easily, what I did appreciate. Now, I've been using the new ones for a couple of months and they work great

Tranya Nova earbuds don't last the distance

I recently purchased the Tranya Nova earbuds. I thought the sound was very good but they didn't last the distance. Should have upto 9 hours from a single charge but only managed 2 hours. I applaud the support I received from Tranya, couldn't fault that. I promptly received a replacement set of earbuds but these only lasted 32 minutes, nowhere near the product claim of 9 hours. Tested many times from full charge. The decision from support in this case was to fully refund my purchase which I also received promptly.
I would love to rate this company higher but the product quality was just lacking. I had to purchase a different brand.

Awful

I bought a watch through Gener8 with a code and wish I hadn't. I'm in the UK. I didn't know the watch was coming from China and would take 3 weeks to arrive. It's a cheap tacky watch which is probably worth no more that £5. I feel like a fool for buying it because it's cheap, tacky and the strap gives me a rash on my wrist. This is why I am giving a one star review. I would not buy from this cheap company masquerading as a classy company again. Awful. The customer services are awful too. I also think most of the Tranya reviews on here have been paid for by Tranya.
