Mandaron 2 veces unos cascos y no funcionaban ninguno de los 2, además la devolución del dinero fue inferior al pago que realicé y no quisieron hacer el pago completo

Comprei os fones tranya f4 a pouco mais de 1 mês, eles chegaram e infelizmente um dos fones não estava carregando. Entrei em contato via email com a equipe de suporte e eles me responderam prontamente, pediram alguns dados e um vídeo mostrando o defeito dos fones, após isso realizaram o envio de um novo fone, deram um prazo que foi cumprido. Foram muito gentis e até o momento não tive problemas com o novo fone de ouvido.

I purchased a pair of earbuds for my phone, but unfortunately, they arrived defective: only one earbud charges properly, while the other is unusable. I promptly reported the issue to the company, but they have since disappeared. It has been impossible to get in touch with them. What a scam.

Necessitei do suporte e tive um atendimento maravilhoso. Foram eficientes, educados e procuraram resolver meu problema o mais rápido possível. Só tenho a agradecer a equipe de suporte.

The company's after sales support is complete trash! First the earbuds arrived without additional eartips. I was told to send them back and another package will be sent to me, which i chose not to do, as i didn't want to wait for delivery.
Next, the Tranya Nova earbuds have a software glitch which causes one bud to work with noise cancelling only. This is fixed by opening the app and switching to noise cancelling in there. Also when connecting, and disconnecting the buds to your phone during a phone call, the call disconnects. Both issues were ignored and no response was given. Now one earbud has stopped working completely. Tranya offered a replacement or 50%refund. Now they're not replying to my emails and won't respond at all. What a joke of a company... don't bother with them !

Comprei um earphone T30 da marca e realmente me surpreendeu muito a qualidade não só do material/ acabamento como também do áudio. Mas o que mais me surpreendeu foi a atenção do suporte que tive quando precisei recentemente depois que um dos fone parou de carregar, eles foram muito ágeis na resolução e cumpriram com a garantia do produto de enviando um novo produto. Estou bem satisfeito.

Recebi meu Tranya Nova e logo após a primeira recarga notei que o fone L não estava carregando, após algumas validações processuais, fui informado que receberia um novo fone sem custo adicional.

Comprei o fone F4,e com alguns dias o lado direito parou de funcionar, tentei resetar e nada funcionou, entrei em contato com o suporte que prontamente se disponibilizaram a enviar outro. Foi enviado uma substituição dia 31/07, a previsão de entrega era de 17/08 mas chegou 05/08 em perfeito estado, completo e lacrado com todos os acessórios. Muito obrigado!

I bought headphones from this company. One of the headphones was faulty and stoped working. I communicated with customer service about it to get replaced. They ghosted me and ceased communication. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Unprofessional and I feel I have been scammed.

Fone excelente, confio na marca, já é o segundo que tenho. Esse Nova Lite está ainda melhor, qualidade do som boa, isolamento de ruído nota 10, duração da bateria muito boa. Recomendo!

Já comprei 4 fones os meus sempre funcionaram perfeitamente, dei de presente e um deles deu problema no fone, eles me atenderam maravilhosamente bem e substituíram o fone, serviço de atendimento ao cliente é perfeito demais.

Tranya Novaを購入し音も満足していました。購入後数か月で片方が充電できなくなって・・サポに連絡。交換品を即送付頂いたのですが・・バッテリー劣化品で充電してもLeftは直ぐLow BatteryでRightは充電できず・・・。
改めて連絡したら、T6を交換品で送付頂き。再度Tranya Saundの出会えました。サポート部門の対応には非常に満足しています。今後もこのようなサポートをし続けて頂けるならTranya使いたいです。

Eu comprei fone da tranya eles vieram bom depois de um mês apresentou defeito ele nao segurava garga mais eu entrei em contato com eles e eles me mandarao outro imediatamente muito educados e eficiente mais a caixa não veio igual a chei meio estranho mais eu testei e tá aprovado espero que não me de problemas futuramente

I bought tranya nova earbuds and they are realy realy good but after short time i run into a problem one earbud is not charging.I contacted the Tranya staff members via email and they sent me another one and were very polite.Nothing bad to say am looking for purchasing more from Tranya.
