The replacement product I was sent is not working
I loved my Tranya Nova earbuds, but after 4 months of using them, they started to get a high pitched sound whenever the noise cancelling mode was activated.
I reached customer service for a solution and they offered to replace my bad Tranya Nova with a new one. I thought that would be the end of it, but the new product I got seems to be defective (the left earbud won't charge). I'm trying contact with the support team to let them know that I got a bad batch of the Tranya Nova and can't get a reply.
So here I am, with two bad Tranya Novas that won't work.......

For some time now I have been searching for a product that suits me regarding the sound quality of a headphone, I really like bass so I found Tranya, since then I have become a customer. I had a problem with my last purchase where one of the headphones (T10pro) was defective, but I was very well attended to by the support team who provided me with all the support I needed. I'm waiting for the new phone that will be sent to replace the previous one, I'm sure I won't have any problems with this one. Thanks!

Uso fones da Tranya para o dia a dia e outro modelo para corrida desde o início de 2024. Os fones tem boa qualidade de som, são resistentes e, quando preciso do serviço da marca, são sempre solícitos e resolutivos. Precisei acionar a garantia de um dos fones que possuo e foram rápidos em resolver meu problema.

Falo do Brasil. Precisei solicitar a garantia sobre o mau funcionamento de um dos fones de ouvido que comprei e fui prontamente assistido via e-mail, onde recebi todo o suporte necessário, sem demoras, e recebi um novo aparelho na garantia.
Super recomendo a qualidade do fone, o suporte e certamente compraria novamente os produtos da tranya.

Sempre recomendei a Tranya, pois comprei há 1 ano um T20 que foi excelente. Decidi comprar o mais moderno Tranya Nova e foi uma decepção total. O lado direito do fone durou 1 mes e não carregava mais. Entrei em contato e mandaram outro e novamente o lado direito veio com problema. O fone descarrega em exatos 5 minutos (com a bateria 100%). Acho que é um defeito de fabricação de todos pois vejo muitos relatos do mesmo defeito. Tentei pedir a Tranya uma terceira tentativa e algum item como pedido de desculpas para apreciar e contribuir para o desenvolvimento da marca, mas se recusaram. Fizeram um reembolso que pode demorar 2 meses. Enfim, uma experiência ruim. Desagradável demais.

Getting ghosted by Tranya
At first I liked the Tranya products, after my last earbuds broke they sent me a free new pair. But that new pair was broken upon arrival. They said they will not replace them and can give me half my money back. After I said I don't agree with that because they did not provide an working solution I got ghosted and they don't respond anymore.

Tranya Nova é péssimo!
Infelizmente, minha experiência com o modelo de fone Tranya Nova foi decepcionante. O primeiro fone apresentou defeito de conexão em pouco tempo de uso (4 meses). Apesar do excelente suporte da empresa, que rapidamente providenciou a troca, o novo fone chegou com problemas, a bateria não dura nem 30 minutos. A qualidade do atendimento foi ótima, mas o produto em si deixou a desejar.
