I have never had a bad experience with TransGlobal.
I can honestly up there with the best customer service, I’ve always had the most helpful people, who will stop at no end to help me.
Hugely reliable and will continue to use for my business.

Always find that I am in good hands when making bookings through Transglobal Express and this collection from France was no exception. The handler is familiar with our normal imports and the process went extremely smoothly as usual. A seamless and enjoyable process. Thank you.

They don’t reply in live chat .My parcel is missing and they couldn’t solve my issue .

Transglobal Express uses UPS, which is an absolute disgrace of a company. They severely damaged my parcel, blocked it in customs for weeks, lied to the sender that they tried to contact me, and eventually returned the damaged parcel to the sender, despite numerous frantic efforts at both ends to contact them (including involving TGE directly). The "customer service" of UPS is an absolute joke, worse than a parody of bad customer service. Until Transglobal Express stops using UPS it deserves every one star review it gets.

Service brilliant, shame the accounts.. can't add up,they need to go back to school .

In this modern world i offen feel The old ways that seem to work so well have simply gone forever.
Today was the 1st time in a long time i felt that old fashion service was back in action.
Had a problem with forgetting to add a parcel to a multiple consignment. So i stapped my self in for the call and the No Doubt hours of work for the massive task ahead (the experienced ive had from other companies)
But to my supprise it was professionally handled in 3 minutes by Nicola in customer services. And straight back on with my work :)

transglobal cant expedite the goods through ups uk
so 23 days later transglobal dont update us and cant access anybody in their organisation to complain
this is not service its just an excuse to take money for nothing
the goods have not left the uk and no explanation other than its uk customs problem - what that is noone knows

Collected parcel 9th April for delivery 10th April.
Finally delivered today 15th April.

How could anyone be satisfied wirh service?

Easy to book online and always available for updates on shipments.

Customer service say unless USPS haven't scanned a parcel for 21 days then they are not covered by the insurance. I have parcels that were sent at the end of August (over 21 days ago) yet as been scanned to say processing then Transglobal claim nothing can be done. I have had to refund customers as orders haven't arrived and Transglobal literally don't care. They are happy to take your money but the customer service is non existent. They blame USPS and say it is nothing to do with them despite heavily advertising they had a solution post US tariffs. I was previously an advocate but shocked and upset how a company can charge money for a service but then say that the service is nothing to do with them. Sad to say I will not be using again and really urge small businesses to consider if they are willing to hand over their precious cargo to a company that say the lead time on their delivery is totally out of their control (despite advertising 5-7 working days) and that parcels can take indefinite periods of time as nothing to do with them.

Oh just a breeze dealing with TransGlobal since 2024. My consignments go to Dubai within a few days hassle free.

Had an issue with a shipment. The courier's own tracking flagged an address query and stated the address would be verified. No verification took place, no one contacted me despite a phone number being on the booking, and the shipment was returned logged as 'recipient refused' - a status the courier's own manager later confirmed was inaccurate. This caused a lengthy dispute with my customer who was entirely innocent. When I raised the matter I asked simply that the £21 return fee be waived as a goodwill gesture given the circumstances and my 15 years of custom. This was refused. A long-standing customer lost over £21.
