Another booking via phone with customer service agent Greg Comsey -He makes the process easy ,frindly and uncomplicated and I am confident and thouroughly recommend Trans Global Express delivery service

Firstly the labels for my parcel were not generated in time and I had to take 2 hours off work one morning to call them and sort that out. Then when booking with them I asked for everything to be paid at me end, not at delivery address. It said on their website that there were no taxes as it was a gift for a family member and as it was under €150. It was delivered with parcel burst open and items missing. The person at the delivery address, who is 83, then got a bill from the carrier, (fedex) for taxes, even though I told them I would pay for everything-she paid it as she was upset and panicking to receive it. I contacted Transglobal to complain as to what it said on their website and for the bill. They only replied with: 'Fedex would not send a bill'. I was shocked that they were making out that I was telling lies...so I sent them a picture of the bill. I found them very un-professional and plain rude. I never even received an apology. I would not use them again.

Awful. Their courier picked up some parcels from our premises but also took a parcel not intended for them nor labeled for them worth £1700 and 2 weeks later even with cctv footage we are no further along and now I’m left having to report them to the police. Shocking

Shipment collected and delivered on time. Pleased with the time frame.

The website is easy to use. The drivers are always polite. Collections are on time.

Was having a bit of an issue with my shipping docs being stuck and Lyndsey sorted it within seconds via the live chat - couldn't have asked for better.
Especially after a not so pleasant situation with another company recently. Very refreshing to speak to an actual person - customer service really is night and day.

Very bad service by DHL, customer waited till 9 pm but no one turned up

I use Transglobal Express a lot and can't rate them highly enough. They are extremely efficient and if any issues arise I can't fault the customer service received. They are second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone sending parcels within the UK or abroad. I wish all companies I had to deal with were as good. You feel like an individual customer and not a number going through the system.

On every single occasion I have phoned Transglobal for help, they quickly answer the phone, are extremely knowledgeable and professional and go above and beyond to answer and questions. Today I spoke with Greg Cumpstey. Superstar. THANKYOU

Lyndsey Lloyd was extremely helpful in answering a bunch of questions we had about shipping from the UK to USA. We have already send two packages through Transglobal and it couldn't have went any better. USA to UK in 2 days, no issues at all. Their customer service is great!

The operative was helpful and informative. Also very patient information given was useful and the process was made very easy. The goods were very quickly delivered and did not go amiss. Thank you

Totally Substandard TG Partner

I absolutely cannot understand how a company like Transglobal Express can team up with SHIPA, the probably worst parcel service on earth. The reason why I think that Transglobal Express actually deserves a 0-Star rating for this, is that they sell you an service as 'TG Express Direct', not providing any carrier names until you have checked out. Even the SHIPA shipping label is an absolute joke. Based on a previous shipping experience with SHIPA (via TG), your customer abroad will not receive a proper invoice for the import fees paid nor any customs documentation Furthermore, he will have to pay the fees in cash to the driver which will have any change. If you think EVRI is bad, you probably haven't shipped with SHIPA yet. Totally disappointed by Transglobal Express for offering such substandard services under their own label.

worst experience with my last shipment. Transglobal sent my shipment as parcel and not as document when clearly i have mentioned it as document andnot pcarel. this document is my mother's life certificate which was shipped on 7th July and is still in customs with India DHL and i have no update, Transglobal is making me go around different teams. the damage this has done is unimaginable as my mom will not receive her pension. i am closing this account once the documents are received and never work with transglobal. i am old customer and each year i do this but no more.
