We use TransGlobal regularly, but rarely need to contact their customer service team. Over the past week I've had to call them twice to rearrange an international shipment. On both ocassions I've been struck by how friendly and efficient their team is. I spoke to Giselle last week and then today I spoke to Joanne. Both interactions highlight the superiority of human interaction (on the phone) over bots and chat sessions. Giselle and Joanne deserve recognition for making what would have been a difficult, complicated and time cosuming activity a great one!

A brilliant service to get packages delivered globally. I use this service 3-4 times per week and used for many years now. Quick & easy to use online with many optional search results from the best carriers. Provides simple step by step guidance/instructions as you go.
If customer service is required, the phone number gets you through to intelligent, friendly, competant staff. Tracking is well detailed through to delivery with proof.

We always use Transglobal but would like to give a mention to Lindsey LLoyd who went over and above with a parcel coming to us from Thailand. Brilliant service!

I paid £300 for them to transport my bike, only for them to lose it and eventually return it to the sender. I even had to send them a photo of my own shipment so they could start looking for it in their warehouse. Completely unacceptable!!

They took all my money but completely failed to provide the service I paid for, instead hiding behind their terms and conditions rather than taking responsibility or resolving the issue properly. The customer service was poor throughout the entire process. I would never use TransGlobal Express again!!

Be wary. They are a waste of time. I have booked a collection for a parcel since the 13th and each day they will tell me DHL is coming for the parcel. They never show up. I will be requesting a refund asap.

Spoke on live chat to Lyndsey as I had an issue with uploading documents to my shipment. She was extremely helpful and solved my issue promptly. Very good customer service, thank you!

Called customer services to stop and return a parcel, this should have been possible as the driver had only just left the premises. Despite this, the parcel started its way to France and now we have return charges. What is the point of customer services if they have no control over the service other than to just apologise. It is a shame has previously i have given good reviews.

I have contacted Transglobal Express many times since last week.
They have been helpful. I sent Art works to galleries with TGE inland, great service every time. I had problems with the online form this time because the delivery is to the Republic of Ireland. It was much harder for me to complete. When I got stuck today I rang Transglobal again. The help and support I received was superb. Nicola Gonzalez went over and above, she took me step by step over the form.
I am seriously grateful because I was really flustered and frustrated, had a good mind to give it up. She was patient, thorough and professional.

If your tracking system is state of the art, 24 hours is too long to investigate and find out where parcels are.

Transglobal customer service team is really helpful and prompt response when any issue arise, I contact them and they sort out in no time
