So far so good parcel due for collection tomorrow I must say fast connection on the phone and extremely helpful Greg really helped me as I’m not to tech savvy a credit to his company

Excellent service.

Transglobal are very competitive on established routes and if the star rating was only on that, I would score higher. Customer service was excellent, far better than other couriers, but lately I would say they have dropped to on par with others hence 3/5 score. If something goes wrong, TG's willingness or ability to help is limited – just like other couriers.

Always straightforward with great options according to priority. Telephone help very good. Extremely helpful given the complicated process of exporting these days!

Worst customer service due to their delivery service are very worst, because their delivery partner are very very worst. Just avoid if not you will be looser and get high blood pressure as an add on.

Reliable collection and delivery service.
User friendly and simple to use pricing and booking.
Excellent pricing.
And most important and valuable: customer service. There is someone to talk to when there is a problem.
Repeatedly out perform all other courtiers I used.

Karen was awesome! She mediated with the courier company and got the necessary documents over to them! Much faster than dealing with the company themselves. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile

Always excellent service from Transglobal Express.
However when my parcel arrived at its destination not only was the paper wrapping badly torn the inside wrapping of a plastic protection, against rain, was also torn.

Trans Global staff are and always have been very knowledgeable and helpful.
Such a pity many carriers don't give a monkeys.

Very Rude Team,... tried to send one parcel overseas but it took ages for them collect and every time different excuse.. and at the end when i asked to cancel ,. they just cancelled it without any apology.

After having a shipment "stuck" at another reputed shipper's warehouse for 3 weeks because they could not provide me with a reasonable quotation for an overseas door-to-door delivery, I arranged for the shipment to be collected by Transglobal, shipped for a very reasonable cost with DHL Express and delivered to my doorstep within 5 days. The whole experience couldn't have been smoother and uncomplicated. They even called me before they collected the package to ensure there was anything I needed clarifications on and advised me of the next steps. Couldn't be happier!

Web site easy to use, a query quickly answered over the phone, and 2 packages arrived quickly in the US.

All though occasionally let down by the couriers they book, this company is immediately responsive to any problems.

Regrettably I can’t give a zero star review here. My wife and I needed to ship some personal effects to a relative in California . Transglobal were recommended by friends. Parcels due to be collected on 11/8/26 during specific time slot by DHL. No one arrived even though we waited in all day and they claimed during several calls that they would collect by 10 pm. We told transglobal we would be out Weds 12/8 which they claim to have told DHL. Still had message saying collection on 12/8 between 10 and noon. Of course no one arrived. Calls again to transglobal and stayed in 13/8/26. Kept getting time slots that came and went even up to 6pm. Cancelled transglobal this morning. They simply lied to us. On every occasion we called (6 times) they said driver on the way, or there by x time, or we’ll call you back they just didn’t do it. They must have known they were not telling the truth yet they persisted. Why text us precise collection times eg 1054 to 1154 when they can’t even get the right date. If they just said they had no idea on which day or time they would collect we’d know where we stood, but they left us hanging and we’ve wasted three days. Let’s hope UPS can do better.
Absolutely useless and dishonest service. Don’t waste your time with them.

PS I finished writing the above at 1 pm and then DHL turned up at 130 pm! So Transglobal didn’t even bother to cancel collection properly. Beyond useless…
