Excellent! Much better in real.

So pretty bag ! I bought London bag and i loved it ! Material ,texture , quality , all looks one of expensive designer bag so i bought another one larger size. Enough space to take on your holiday.

Its not my first time ordering

Its not my first time ordering, as we love the handbags. They are very clear on delivery times and kept me updated all the time. Never was I felt out of the 'hoop'. The packaging was also better than the first time. Nice box and some tissue. Bag is amazing and we just love the lux feel it gives. Thank you TOTESLUXUK. (bag is a gift and will post pics once opened.)

I had high hopes for this company

I had high hopes for this company based on the reviews, but unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. My bags arrived late, which was frustrating. Now, after finally using them, they both make an annoying squeaky noise around the handles. I expected better quality for the price, and the lack of support from customer service just adds to the frustration- I've emailed them over a week ago about the issue with both my bags and still haven’t received a response. I wouldn’t recommend this brand based on my experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve already responded to your email regarding your refund request. As mentioned, no issues were reported upon delivery, and the request was made weeks later, after the return period had passed, with the bag having been used. This is why we are unable to offer a refund.

However, we did offer an exchange for a new bag, as we have never encountered this type of issue with our products before. This would allow us to investigate the cause on this occasion, but we have not yet received a response. We’re still happy to accommodate that option if you’re open to it.

Every bag lovers dream

The bags are absolutely amazing quality! With Totesluxe, you get luxury bags at such an affordable price! Easily my most favourite bags in my bag collection. A returning customer here, and not just because of the beautiful bags, but because of the amazing customer service I’ve always received from the team themselves. Love this bag

Love this bag, I got the grey large “london” bag and it’s beautiful. The stitching is amazing and the gold hardware is a nice beautiful touch. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it.

It was a great experience

It was a great experience! Good quality and to me looks exactly like the real thing. They have a great selection of colours to choose from already. I’m definitely going to get more, but 100% would love to see some more muted tones (just a personal preference really haha). The bag took a couple of weeks to arrive, so not bad at all. Price is good, especially considering the cost of the real thing! 10/10, definitely going to buy again. Love it!

Blown away by the quality and customer service!

I have bought two bags from TotesLuxe and every time I have been blown away by the quality and customer service.

My first bag came and took about roughly 2 weeks to arrive, but I loved it so much I had to order another one. I contacted the company to see if they could send my 2nd bag a little quicker as I was moving abroad and they organised this to arrive within a few days. Brilliant customer service for a small business. I am really impressed and will recommend to my friends and family.

Great bags

Great bags - not leather but excellent textile and quality.
The weight of them is perfect, the textile is really good quality. Finish is fantastic. I see no faults and imagine the bags will last for a very long time.
Delivery is slow and packaging could be improved.
I am a repeat customer and will continue to be

Got a Milan bag last month from totelux and it’s exactly what was advertised.
I loved the bag, color and everything, quality is 💯 I just wish they had so many more colors for purchase.
