Compatible didn't work out...
I thought I'd try out the compatible ink cartridges for my M255DW printer to save some ££ but I've unfortunately had too many issues with the ink performance. I've given in a purchased genuine ink again and it's fixed the issue. The compatible ink is faint and doesn't print well, soon as I put new HP cartridges in problem solved! I won't be wasting my money on them again.

Great Prices, Delivery & Customer Service
I bought a set of compatible toner cartridges for my laser printer from Tonergiant based on their 3 year no quibble warranty, printer cover and great price. The cartridges arrived the next day. 5 months later I needed to install the last of the colour cartridges but found it didn't work, I contacted Tonergiant and received a working replacement the next day. Based on my experience with them I will definitely be using Tonergiant again and will happily recommend them to friends & family.

Very good customer service
Some initial difficulties over faulty product, but dealt with professionally and courteously, with a satisfactory solution. Applause for Josh and Steph for their attitude and communication. Have already re-ordered and will continue to use this company.

Didn’t do what they said they had done..
Ordered and paid for my cartridges 30th May. Not received by 4th June so emailed company and received no reply. Phoned on 8th June and after a long wait on phone I got through to Customer Services to be told there was an error on processing my order and it had been lost in the system, despite receiving an email on 31st May saying my order had been processed and goods dispatched. Operative confirmed goods would be with me next day but it’s now the 10th June and still no goods. Very disappointed with this company.
