Superb
Ordered Brother waste toner box late Afternoon, it was the cheapest price I could find on the net taking into account delivery charges. Toner Giant offered free delivery. Normally free delivery means 2 or 3 day wait, not with TG it was next day delivery and it arrived early afternoon. Superb service will definitely be using them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Complete let-down
We needed this toner urgently. It didn't arrive and we subsequently discovered that the delivery driver claimed to have twice tried to deliver it but couldn't. This is an office. It is always open during office hours and he tried to delivery around the middle of the day both times. The toner was then sent back to yourselves. Very disappointing.

I’m very sorry that the item was delayed. After speaking with Steph in Customer Care who help with your delivery she confirmed there was an issue due to the reception not being manned. In these instances its down to the courier discretion to leave the parcel without a signature as it’s a secured delivery.

So pleased I was asked “how did we do”
Placed my order, received confirmation and then waited and waited……. On checking with Customer Services I was then glibly advised it had been dispatched via ParcelForce despite being aware of industrial action!! When queried I was then told that it wasn’t all depots so fingers crossed my area would be ok!!! Safe to say I won’t be ordering from this Company again!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
Sadly throughout the Christmas period all services were extremely strained and held the same if not worse delays. We had to use this service for a period due to the exhaustion to other services, however whilst strike action was happening we did switch. Unfortunately your parcel had already been delayed on route before the change.
Once again, I am truly sorry for any trouble caused. Please be assured if any further strike action happens we will change the delivery service. However now we are over the Christmas period we shouldn’t have the same delays again.

Fast delivery next day early morning. Toner works well for our old printer. Well done.
Would have preferred a local pick up point as we needed to arrange for someone to be in all day which is why we only use pick up normally.
