I have to say I was sceptical when TUI changed our plane and used TITAN AIRWAYS. Yes there was no extra leg room so got refunded by TUI, but the seats were very comfy and had more than enough leg room and I'm 6ft tall.
Nothing fancy, but it was the staff who made the experience for us, particularly the return flight with Head of Cabin Crew Gemma and and also Greg. So friendly and went right out of their way showing beautiful acts of kindness and courtesy to not just my family, but a number of other passengers. They even got all of the passengers singing Happy Birthday to my daughter and gave her little gifts too. I could not fault them even if I wanted to, simply brilliant service and experience. Thank you Gemma and Greg and Titan Airways.

I was on flight W9 3649 on 24/06/2023 Satu Mare -> Luton, after paying for some snacks the crew couldn’t provide any receipt for my purchase. Because the flight was delayed with more than 6 hours I can’t claim back the food money.

TUI decided to sub contract my flight to Las Palmas from Stansted on 05 Jun 23. Paid for extra legroom in row 12. Absolute joke in terms of extra legroom for an emergency exit row. I have never had so little space. Seats uncomfortable and nowhere to store anything in the back of the seat in front, like water bottles, iPads or books. Same airline coming back - delayed for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Awful experience. Never book with TUI again. Dreadful customer service. As for Titan Airways, very poor experience.

British Airways informed us that Titan Airways would be operating their outbound flight to Athens. We had a great flight, clean aircraft and excellent crew.

We went business class to The Gambia from Gatwick Fri feb 10th 8.30am.

Loved Rita she was fabulous and so helpful. Lent me her battery pack to charge my iPad.

Food was good

Didn’t like no charging points it’s a 6 1/2 hour flight why arnt there ? Didn’t like plastic cheap cup for tea and coffee with snack.

It is really shocking that despite all the obvious data coming to light from vaccine injury and sudden deaths happening at alarming rates, this discriminating airline still has the audacity to require proof of vaccination for their cabin crew applicants. Shame on you Titan!

Great crew staff,check was absolutely fine. Good leg room on the plane. However the flight cost is expensive and the food was awful. It consisted of a small paneni, 2 crackers, a small piece of cheese and a shortbread biscuit. Not adequate for a long haul flight.

Flew from Banjul to London Gatwick yesterday with Titan. 6 hours and 15 minute flight and the food offered was: Service 1: drink and no snack. Service 2: Warm cheese and tomato panini, 2 cream crackers and cheese, no drink Service 3: further drink an hour before landing.
Landed at Gatwick at 10:15pm and waited on the aircraft for at least 20 minutes before 2 buses arrived to take all passengers on a 15 minute trip to the Terminal Building. Then a long walk to Passport Control before arriving in Baggage Reclaim at 11pm. Even after such a long delay bags were not on the conveyor belt. Finally left the Terminal at 11.30pm.

Food is not adequate for such a long journey and arrival arrangements at Gatwick were woeful. As Titan are the only airline to fly direct to Banjul from Gatwick there is no viable alternative but for the price of the ticket the service was poor.

My wife and I had the fortune to travel with Titan through a Jet2 booking to Kos and back. From the outset, the aircraft were excellent and as for the cabin crew, we have nothing but respect and admiration. The attire took us back to the days of British Caledonian and the service to Brittannia. A comfortable and homely flight, no trolley dollies but genuine crew who made you feel welcome and comfortable. 100% in all details of both flights. Thank you to all at Titan and we really hope to fly with the company again.

Just flown back from Verona, Italy with Titan who were subcontracted by Tui Airlines. Must say what an excellent company. We were a bit apprehensive when Tui sent us notification to say they had no plane...so we're flying you home with Titan, but they were 1st class, from the pilot to the cabin crew. Spotlessly clean plane. Great Service, thank you.

I booked a holiday with TUI and my flights were with Titan Airways but I feel I must let you know of the amazing crew on board my flight from Gatwick to Lanzarote on 9th June at 6.00 am and return on 16th June at 12.00. The cabin crew made us feel welcome and valued and gave the most excellent service. They looked very smart in their appearance and were friendly and cheerful. I have travelled all around the world (but first time with Titan) and it was one of the best of flights I have ever been on. Customer service is of the best I have experienced. A lovely flight both ways so my thanks to the pilot and the excellent service all round. Please pass on my thanks to all of the crew for the exemplary service. They are a credit to Titan Airways.

This is an airline that can't be trusted. They are one of only 3 airlines flying from the UK that have no morals.
Titan Airways should be avoided at all costs!

Great airline to get to The Gambia, just got back, however very niggled that they advertise on-board wifi, didn’t work on 757 on outbound or A320 inbound, no entertainment system. Please don’t advertise something you do not provide

Always been a pleasure to fly with. They tend to stand in for other airlines when they have issues and in my experience they have always been great! New aircraft, in flight entertainment systems and friendly crew.
