Dont bother ordering!

If you need to return any unused sealed boxes you cant, there isn't anywhere on the website that states this, when you contact customer service they say only the whole order can be returned, stupid policy!

Excellent delivery of tiles .. I asked for them to be delivered on Tuesday, Tuesday came and so did the tiles !

Consider carefully before ordering - Ordered over a week in advance and was told on chosen day of delivery that they would be delayed four days and that was after a £30 delivery charge. Another tile company delivered at 9:30 on agreed day. Tiler was booked for 13/14 will now have to have tiler back to finish this smaller job, more expense more delay - poor

Would not use this company again. Ordered a box of tiles. Charged additional £15 as it was a small order. Tiles totally different to what I was expecting. Had doubts but as was doing job for family member. Took them compared to the existing ones. Even though they insisted they were right. Took them back. They will only take full unopened tiles back. Charged £2.50 for privilege of returning them

Avoid at all costs.
If you see the reviews on their website, they are cherry picked, try and submit a review yourself and you will see you can't unless they invite you to, and if you have an issue funnily enough you don't get an invite.
I ordered some tiles, just a few packs from tiles360 recently. They were meant to be white tiles however mixed amongst them were some grey ones. Unfortunately we did not notice this as without the grout it was quite subtle under artificial light but as soon as it had been grouted the tiler and I noted the issue. I wrote to them asking for help with this matter and at first I was told I had to wait for the buyer to look into it. I then received a response informing me that the other packs were ok. Well I'm sure that's great for the other customers but I have a wall covered in white and grey tiles that is meant to be white. When I asked what they could do to resolve the issue they offered me some more free tiles. Tiles weren't my issue, I had already told them I had some left over. I was looking for some form of refund as now I have to pay to have someone remove the tiles and reapply the correct ones all due to their poor quality control and or suppliers. When I asked what they could do for me they said and I quote, 'nothing'. I then tried to leave a review on their review site and found out they selected who the reviews came from which honestly wound me up even more. Just utter cowboys and avoid at all costs. On one small plus side, the delivery of the multi-coloured tiles was both prompt and the courier firm guy was lovely. Just a shame the actual tile company is a complete sham

I was apprehensive given some of the previous negative reviews. However, my experience was nothing but superb from start to finish I came across them online. I rang their office where the phone was answered very quickly, dealt with a very manner able and efficient lady who answered all my questions.

I went online, placed an order two days later. the tiles arrived exactly as described and exactly as per the online pictures.

After unpacking the tiles, there was issue with four of them being damaged I rang the company the phone was answered by a friendly, polite lady who listened to my complaint asked that I email her pictures of the damaged tile which I did she looked at the pictures agreed with my complaint and sent a new packet of tiles which arrived the following day. - now that’s. what I call great customer service. I later found out that lady was a director of the company answering the phones

I would highly recommend this company. What I would say, in relation to some of the review complaints I’ve seen is that not just for this company but for all online purchases check the terms and conditions of the company in particular check their returns policy and their delivery policy. If there is a 30 day return policy, then there’s no point trying to return tiles after that point equally if they have a fixed rate for delivery, there’s no point making a small order then moaning about the cost of delivery which will be relatively high

Just do not use this company! We've been burned twice by them. Horrible customer service and zero accountability for any issues. Recently did up our kitchen and used their tiles; we contacted them to return two boxes of unopened tiles, within the return window, and they will not take them back because they have discontinued the item. Super rude and unhelpful!

I nearly didn't order from this place, despite them being the only store that had the exact tiles I wanted because of one review on here.
I am glad I took a risk, tiles arrived on time and are beautiful.

Awful customer service and quality of product
You’ll get a batch of products that state they are black and the next batch will be a totally different shade of black and there’s ‘nothing they can do about it’
Delivery also a massive rip off.
