I can't fault any of the service from Tiles360. I was looking for kitchen tiles on a Sunday evening and ordered samples from a range of well known and lesser known companies Tiles360 being one of the less known to myself. Tiles360 where the first to arrive very quickly and wrapped effectively (can not say the same for some of the other companies and also had to chase a very well known brand) so the service based on this instantly impressed me not to mention the quality of the tiles. By the time I had decided on what tile to go for, it was unfortunately out of stock but I spoke to the customer service team who efficiently advised when stock would be potentially back in and also emailed me at a later date to advise the stock had been replenished, again really impressed by the service so thank you. Again when ordering my tiles it was so easy and handy to pick the date that suit me. All arrived with no issues. Would highly recommend to all for your tiles !

Great range and value, there was an issue with the courier/delivery - no fault of Tiles 360 - and Tiles 360 resolved immediately. Great service.

Purchased my tiles . Arrived on a pallet with a while box empty.... I had to hand ball them off because the pallet was also broken.
I advised that there was an empty box on my pallet, ut had to remind them.twicw that I hadn't received my replacement.
When I had finished my job I had e boxes left ovwr, I was told I was unable to return them and maybe I would like to do ate them on Facebook. At £58 per book I find this not acceptable. If I hadn't ordered enough I would have been paying for additional carriage and also might not have had a batch match.

Easy to use website & a good selection of tiles. You can order up to 3 tile samples with free postage or pay postage if you select more than 3.
Very prompt delivery.

Only had samples so far but impressed with efficiency and rapid delivery

The initial tile sample order didn't arrive so after a significant period of time I had to get in touch and they were re-sent but instead of leaving in my safe place Royal Mail posted through my letterbox resulting in 2 of the 3 tiles breaking.

Very helpful customer service staff. Went the extra mile to ensure a delivery could be made to a challenging location.

Awful experience. Your system autofilled the details/address of an ex partner and gave no opportunity to see, check or amend those details before confirmation. The order was despatched before my email complaint was acknowledged. This I can excuse, but to then still get a review request with the same incorrect details after informing you of the issue is frustrating so here's my review: 0*

This was the first time ordering from this company. We was so pleased with the tiles, would highly recommend.
We ordered the Signature Green and also the Signature Blue, for our ensuite and also for the guest bathroom. Excellent quality of tiles also they look very contemporary which we were looking for.
The delivery time was very quick. We Had some damaged tiles which was replaced very quickly
We would use this company again 😍

Bought a sample tile to try and match current wall tiles unfortunately the shade wasn't right , however great customer service and tile arrived quickly

I ordered 3 sample tiles.
3 samples that were cut into small pieces arrived. I think they were all the same tile in the end. It was hard to tell but the quality of tile was poor.
Didn't order anything as a result.
Delivery service was good.

Ordered some samples for a customer .
Nothing didn't arrive which was disappointing as they looked good tiles.
Don't know if its down to Royal Mail.

Lovely sample tiles ordered (and paid for delivery) only to receive some broken. Packaged in a padded envelope so it was no surprise. No response after I emailed.
