Raz valve was excellent! He fitted them very quickly and efficiently. He even hoovered up the mess that was made from putting up the blinds and took away the rubbish bless him, I would definitely recommend, stress free! :) and they look lovely

I love the shutters! They look excellent and feel really high quality. Dave fitted them with care and attention to detail, leaving the house spotless. Overall great experience.

Illir is the ultimate professional. I am using his blind fitting services for the fourth time in less than a year. He knows his trade very well, he’s polite and courteous. A professional gentleman.

Fitter Chinton did an excellent job fitting our conservatory roof blinds. He was very polite, tidy and took time to explain the basics to operate the blinds.

I am adding this review late as I have been left with no where else to turn.
I purchased shutters from Thomas Sanderson at a cost of £15000+ with a lifetime warranty.
A couple of years ago I contacted TS because one of the shutters developed a fault and after sending them photographs they refused to repair stating it was not covered by the lifetime warranty. The fault was that one of the levers would not close. They would not consider any other option and were adamant they would not repair. I even offered to pay for a fitter to attend and they refused. They wouldn’t even give me the he phone number of a fitter. I have searched for a fitter who can help but have had no success, I would not recommend TS and would suggest that TS and Hillary Blinds be avoided. Their customer services once they’ve had your money is diabolical, and they show no understanding of your problem and basically just don’t care.Initially they even stated they couldn’t trace my order and after numerous conversations didn’t even have the courtesy to ring me back. I had to chase them up. AVOID.

Had plantation blinds fitted by Thomas Sanderson 10 years ago with a 25 year warranty on all parts. Phoned Hillarys today as they now take all calls to order some small parts that had broken and they totally refused to help saying they do not honour the 25 year warranty. What a rubbish company.

I had some window shutters installed in at the end of 2019 and obviously the 5 year warranty expired in January 2025.
The clip on the rod, the end which fits in to the slat was broken on three and I emailed to see if it was possible to purchase and fit new ones myself, or to pay for an engineer to come out and possibly do this.
I was told that 'I'm afraid not, we are unable to offer this service due to the age of the order'
This is the first time I have found a company so unhelpful, very disappointed would not use this company again should I want other shutters..
No doubt they expect customers to pay for complete replacement.
