Great service from start to finish.
When they came out to quote, arrived on time, no pushy sales, just talked through the options.
Phil Webster who installed the door kept me informed when he’d arrive, very polite and done a great job of installing the new door and tidied up before he left. 👍

Very happy with the overall service, from the original survey visit, through the sales process, to the actual installation. The installer was prompt and courteous, and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend ( in fact I’ve already done so!).

Was a smooth process, book online, get an appointment, surveyor measures up, explains options, door gets made, delivered and fitted. Communication between all parts of the process was good and the people were lovely. Great job on the fitting and the door is a vast improvement on the previous up-and-over.

The price is very good compared to other quotes I had. All in all, very pleased.

Excellent service from start to finish. Tailor made measurements taken before doors manufacture. Installation went smoothly and efficiently with good explanation then given into how to operate (very simple). Looks fantastic and has greatly updated the look of my garage. Very pleased to have opted for the Transform Pro door.

Very easy to deal with from initial enquiry through to the survey and installation with excellent communication throughout.
Many thanks to Mike Webb for the initial survey and to Shane Hughes who installed the door and demonstrated all the operating features and left the area clean and tidy. The new door really has transformed the garage !!!

The whole experience was excellent I was regularly contacted by the company updating me on the process. On the day when the garage door was fitted the fitters arrived nice and early and explained the whole process and what to expect. They were polite keeping me updated, they completed the fitting quickly leaving no mess and all the components of the old door was taken. They gave me instructions how to work the new door and left me contact details if I was concerned about the garage door. I would recommend Garolla to anybody who want to change their garage door

Had survey and garage installed 26th January, all smooth and plain sailing.
12th April, garage door got stuck as trying to roll up, called Garolla on 12th, no one available, no emergency numbers to call as no one works weekend! This was also confirmed on 13th when I spoke to customer team. Luckily i had the contact number of the surveyor who was really helpful and advised us on what to do. Had to put hand inside garage door and pull the door down.
13th April reported the issue and was advised someone will be in touch from the scheduling team to book an appointment with an engineer.
16th April- receives an email to say we are still working on your case.
17th- called garolla for an update as we cannot sue garage door. To be told we are still working on your case. I advised it was a quicker and smoother transition once you surveyed and took my money, now it seems i can’t get any aftercare service or I feel I’m being robbed off! I then asked to speak to someone else to escalate such as a manager to be told it’s not how we work, if you request to speak to a manager it’s 72 hour call back.

Awful service. We had a garage door installed 2 years ago, it’s broken this week and we’ve been waiting for over 3 days for an engineer to attend, even though we requested a 24hr call out due to security reasons. No contact or update whatsoever. Been calling everyday for 3 days chasing this call out & still no update on an attendance date.

Very simple process, great value easy install well worth it

I will never recommend this company.I booked the survey and they cancel it and rearrange another day. That is fine,but the engineer contacted me 5pm the day before the survey while I am not free to reply to him, he then cancel my survey 7:35pm straight away just one night before the survey, I am vey disappoint, why they cancel my survey appointment. I have aleady confirmed with survey and book my daily, why do I stll have to reply to their phone/message the night before the survey

Excellent job from start to finish, the office with their continuous updates, the survey by engineer Kevin, and fitter/engineer, Neal, very professional and efficient, good instructions and demonstrations once new door fitted. Old door and all rubbish cleared from site, a job well done, door looks great.

Although your admin left much to be desired, not informing me that Josh would not be here until the following day, when he arrived I could not have wished for better service. He was a good worker and explained everything to me, even gave me his mobile number in case I had problems. A 5 star guy.

The only part the survey engineer omitted was the regional surcharge.
The installation engineer, Toby arrived near to promised time despite horrendous traffic conditions. He was cheerful, friendly and professional. He did a great job fitting the new door and clearing up. He showed us how to operate and care for the door.
Incidentally we think he enjoyed his tea and biscuits.

My door was installed with a faulty component. It took 4 weeks to get someone to accept that their installation team had clearly not reported back to the office. I’ve now been given an engineer visit date for three weeks time. By then I won’t have had access to my garage for 7 weeks. Promises for an operational lead to personally resolve the situation have been broken. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
