Chintan came to install the shutters and blinds. He has done excellent job. One most important thing is he didn’t rush through. He has done the job professionally. There are only 5 star here to give but he deserves more.

Aurimas was very helpful by coming early as I requested, worked quickly and efficiently tidying everything up after he had finished and demonstrated the best way to work roof blinds. He was friendly and took care to change his shoes to keep the carpets clean. A very professional tradesman. Thank you

Raz valve was excellent! He fitted them very quickly and efficiently. He even hoovered up the mess that was made from putting up the blinds and took away the rubbish bless him, I would definitely recommend, stress free! :) and they look lovely

Fitter Chinton did an excellent job fitting our conservatory roof blinds. He was very polite, tidy and took time to explain the basics to operate the blinds.

I am adding this review late as I have been left with no where else to turn.
I purchased shutters from Thomas Sanderson at a cost of £15000+ with a lifetime warranty.
A couple of years ago I contacted TS because one of the shutters developed a fault and after sending them photographs they refused to repair stating it was not covered by the lifetime warranty. The fault was that one of the levers would not close. They would not consider any other option and were adamant they would not repair. I even offered to pay for a fitter to attend and they refused. They wouldn’t even give me the he phone number of a fitter. I have searched for a fitter who can help but have had no success, I would not recommend TS and would suggest that TS and Hillary Blinds be avoided. Their customer services once they’ve had your money is diabolical, and they show no understanding of your problem and basically just don’t care.Initially they even stated they couldn’t trace my order and after numerous conversations didn’t even have the courtesy to ring me back. I had to chase them up. AVOID.
