I switched over from BT to Think It Simple, BT tried to charge me a huge bill for leaving them but Think It Simple assured me they could help deal with this for me. A smooth transition from start to finish. Think dealt with this for me with no hassle. Would highly recommend Think It Simple! Saving about 35%!!

Great experience, didn’t believe it was possible, but cheaper billing and better service, as it says on the tin. Thank you Think, for a young business owner these things can be complicated but not with you guys.

I feel that we where conned in to signing up to a business that has no intention of looking after you them selves, because with in a few weeks of being signed up we where notified that we where going to be transferred to another company and I have another friend that has been treated in the same way. Also both routers that where sent out to us for our two business lines had to be replaced by the company that had bought our business from Thinkitsimple! Do not trust what any thinkitsimple sales manager says!! You are being lined up to being sold on. This the first review that I have ever written, how sad that it is a negative one.

Scott was very informative and efficient. Once I agreed to change from BT to thinkitsimple I was told they would sort everything out re the changeover and the outstanding costs and fees. I did have a couple of emails from BT then a very large bill for leaving them. I contacted Scott and he contacted his legal team. Scott has called to see if everything is all ok, and assured me the legal team have it all in hand. If I hadn’t heard from BT and had to put time into speaking to them and sorting things out, I would have given 5 stars. But very happy with Scott and thinkitsimple

Rob acted as our account manager for the transfer over from our old account to a much cheaper, wholesale bill. Because we had this one point of contact, all communication came through Rob, which made the whole process so much more seamless and easy to manage, from start to finish.

Got a call from this company about reducing my telecoms bill, I didnt believe them at first but after agreeing to the terms I couldn't be happier! So happy I made the change, so polite and professional.

I have been working with Think IT Simple for 2 years now. They always deliver fantastic customer service.
10/10 I would highly recommend.

I was persuaded to change my telecom account from BT to think it simple and promised there would be no severance fees to pay BT and it sould be a hassle free switch.If BT tried to charge me they would deal with it.
18months later I am still getting letters from BT debt collectors! Think it simple have been no help at all and I have wasted hours of my time trying to deal with this.
Now they have closed the case and told me I had to deal with it.
They have behaved Appallingly and do not care at all that they may have left me a debt of over £600 to BT.

Started Ok, a little wary, but sounded good as they were going to reduce costs by 50%. After calling them to say Broadband had gone very slow with their router, was told that the Broadband was not with them. They advised me when to install the router, so assumed no issues. Tday had to go back to old provider as Think it Simple were going to cost far more. Have to have a new router and they now say they cannot compensate me for this additional cost even though it was due to their incompetence, errors and pure unprofessionalism. Highly disappointed!!!!!

Despite changing over to Think It Simple on 29/09/20 we have received a full bill from BT.. Contacted Think It Simple and they provided all the information necessary to resolve the issue with BT.

At last my issue has been resolved and Think It Simple have credited me the money owed. Why they could not have done this a month ago is a mystery to me. I do hope they learn from this or they will lose more customers. At last i can say thank you and move on
