In January I switched from BT to think…
In January I switched from BT to think telecom because of overcharging.BT hit me with a massive contract exit clause.Think telecom promised to get the charge waived.Then the lockdown came and all action stopped except for letters from BT demanding payment
However when staff from both companies returned to work.Think telecom had the charge annulled in one day.Think telecom were in continuous contact with me during the lockdown interim period. So I will say well done to them and now have a cheaper deal and can contact Think Telecom any time of the day and talk to a real person

Fantastic service
Had a very easy switch over to Think it simple, all went smoothly. Was a bit daunting to receive a large final bill from last provider, but was reassured the whole time that this would be resolved for me, without me having to be involved. The issue has now been terminated, and all is well!

I was tricked into changing to TT I told them I had to speak to my husband and needed to sign something so would they send me details. they went ahead and took the line anyway.
Do not have anything to do with this company.
I have lodged a complaint with Offcom.

Unfortunately Mr Toffo's review is an honest reflection on my own. To add to this I can include the TT advice which stated BT should not charge for remainder of their contract after the switch was made ...they did and gave it to a Debt Collector ... it has taken a year to sort this out with Covid 19 interruption, having spoken to Daisy as well ... it has been a stressful time with a four figure charge hanging over us ... I trust that Daisy having taken over the customer base will not operate in the same way.

Took time, but all was eventually sorted. my bills are now lower and Stanley Gare managed to sort out issues with BT, as promised.

Disgusting company
Switched from BT thinking it would be easy and I would be on a cheaper tariff... It was the worst mistake of my life. They contacted me first with a pushy cold call and promised everything would be sorted. THINK provided me with a service that didn't work and the staff did not bother to help fix the problem, instead they have just harassed me for payment during a global pandemic where my business is suffering and I can't afford to pay myself. I switched back to BT because I was still paying them to provide the essential service THINK failed to. I am back with BT but THINK are now harassing me again for £500 I don't have to pay - to cancel a service that they FAILED to provide.
The staff here can't seem to help provide support over the phone but can when they need to bother someone in a difficult financial situation.
Businesses - avoid these lot like the plague.
Notice how most of their positive reviews all use similar turns of phrase - they are blatantly paid for... That should tell you everything you need to know.
RE: THINK's response... Just interested in how you can locate my call when I haven't disclosed the number I contacted you from? Sounds like a load of lies & more excuses to me...

This Company fraudulently took my line…
This Company fraudulently took my line off BT, I stuck with them as I had no choice as it was a business line, at the beginning there was some confusion obviously, I have subsequently paid all my bills, only to be told today when I called I had a extra £25.00 added, apparently a open reaches charge! I am going back to BT...stay away from this Company

The changeover from BT to Think It…
The changeover from BT to Think It Simple was seamless. On changeover day I had a message from BT with their bill. I contacted Shawnee Marshall my Customer Relations Manager. He arranged a call with Josh Walker at 9:30. Josh called and stayed on the line whilst I replaced the hub and made sure everything was working before he ended the call. The exchange switched the service in the afternoon making the interruption to my business minimal.
This morning I had a message from Rob Francis my Aftersales Representative who will be dealing with the BT bill.
I am impressed and reassured that Think are efficient and very satisfied that my decision to switch, to lower my outgoings, to Think was the right one. Your customer services are excellent and really do know their stuff.

This is mixed . I would like to say that Kim, who dealt with my query was extremely helpful when I called and dealt with my query in a friendly and efficient way. So her customer service should be rated highly.
However, my query related to the collection of our DD by Think's accounts team. This has been far from efficient since we came on board two months ago. Our January payment had to be paid by me personally in the end as you were very quick to threaten to cut us off.
Kim is doing her best to make sure the same thing doesn't happen again this month. Our bank has confirmed that they have not stopped Think taking any DD so the fault is yours. At the moment , if asked, we would not recommend Think to anyone else but our opinion might change .

Efficient and cost effective
Having worked previously for the owner when he was himself employed in the same industry as a team leader in the early days of his career I had every reason to use his company. He was amazing at his job when he did it for someone else so I knew he would be doing an even better job for himself! The team at think set me up from scratch enabling me to not worry about the telecom side of things when launching my 247 business which was a huge relief. They are a busy growing Company so call backs can be slow but I mentioned it once and have never had to again! I would recommend this company to anyone .
