The package i was sold was not the same as with my previous provider. I was sold it by people who told me they were my dedicated account manager, what a joke that is you cannot get hold of them or they respond when they see fit if at all. I wish that i had never heard from think it simple.

I wasn’t sure how it would go when I first spoke to this company but Michael helped guide me through the whole process and put my mind at rest when, now I’m glad I signed up!

Recently made a few changes within our company, one of them being our internet and service provider, after a lot of research we contacted Think it Simple, I was amazed by team there, I had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun Hardy, Alex Williams and Michael Buckberry, each handled a different aspect of our switch from BT and were brilliant, the customer service skill these gentlemen showed was impeccable, there Legal team were efficient and proactive in sorting out all documentation and assisting with the change over, ensuring we had a smooth switch, defiantly would recommend to all friends and family with their own companies

Spoke with Michael on the phone after dealing with Think it Simple, he was so helpful and knowledgable and answered all my questions! Service is great and would definitely recommend!

Thought I would be stuck paying stupid prices forever until I switched to this company, saving over £400 a year and they did all the work for me!! Definitely a happy customer

I was wary about switching from BT but I had a really lovely man called Alex who helped me through the whole thing!
Once I switched BT charged me for leaving and I spoke with the legal team who dealt with everything for me!

Was pleased initially in January but now in July, they dont answer emails, telephone calls (still waiting a week from last one) only interested in getting the business then silence, leaving you in the lurch. Last review they asked me to contact them, i did, still waiting - its truly awful - do they even care?

EDIT: Since posting this review Think It Simple have tried having it removed by claiming they can find no trace of who I am anywhere...sent proof over to Trust Pilot and they have now verified my review! Nice try!
I also didn't receive the call I apparently would from their reply below (surprise surprise), and said reply didn't seem to indicate they had no idea who I was, did it!

I cannot believe businesses like this are allowed to function in 2022!

This 'company' are absolute chancers and will promise you anything to get your business, before leaving you high and dry, ignoring all calls and email contact.

After we complained several times we had received nothing in writing relating to package, speed, price, etc., they did send us one email, which confirmed this would be a 'like for like' swap, that the 'service will not be changing, everything you have in place is staying the same but it will just be a cheaper rate as it is wholesale billing' (WORD FOR WORD), and that charges for leaving our previous provider would be 'removed from our account so we don't have to worry'.

This was the last email received before they stopped answering our calls, replying to our messages or replying to our emails.

Since this time our internet has been unusable. We've apparently been transferred to a company called Daisy, who Think It Simple serve as a middleman for.

Bill to previous provider remains outstanding (£200!), no sign of it being covered by Think It Simple.

Internet speed abysmal (0.4mpbs is the 'guaranteed speed we're receiving). Apparently this is because we are no longer on Fibre but are now on ADSL. Does that sound like 'like for like' to you? Or 'your service is not changing'???

This, as well, is quoted directly from an email which is supposedly from their legal department, who you think would be aware of the ramifications of mis-selling and misrepresentation!

I would love to know how it is possible for a third-party company to sign you up for ANYTHING without first sending full details of package/services in writing.

Clearly they are working on a commission basis, and as such are concerned only about getting your business, by hook or by crook, so they can demand their fee.

I expect a response with the same namby pamby 'please telephone our customer service team' message. Please do not bother. You have my email address and telephone number, and if I call I am ignored. I leave messages and my calls are not returned.

Not sure what excuse there is for this kind of service, but I'm really looking forward to hearing it!

Was unsure at first but im glad I went with think. Not paying anywhere near as much as before. Spoke to a gentleman named Stan who got rid of my bill from BT fingers up from me, thankyou stan

Very disappointed in poor service which has left me shackled to two broadband suppliers at a greater cost rather than the promised reduction. Think it Simply awful! Phone calls and messages not replied to and seemingly no comeback. Would definitely recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

Went above and beyond when another provider let us down. Prompt service with really helpful staff.

Very pleased with the new fridge/freezer. Good size for a small kitchen, yet plenty of room for our needs. No problems to date. A good-looking appliance. Top marks.
