Think It Simple saved us a fortune by taking our lines away from BT! Their legal team were extremely quick and easy to deal with when it came to squashing the cancellation fees that BT sent us. Our phone lines and internet are perfect. We had one issue with the internet when we first installed it, and it was as simple as making a quick call to get it resolved. I wasn't put on hold, and I got through to a human straight away who was very helpful and fixed my issue straight away! I'm very happy with the service, and I have saved a fortune :-) Thanks guys

I was originally put off by some reviews, but then realised that BT (who i was originally with) actually had the worst reviews i think ive ever seen for a company so big.... I went with Daisy, through Think it Simple and so far it has been a much better experience and its saving me money. There was a slight issue with closing my BT accounts because unbeknownst to me, BT had sold me multiple unnecessary land lines, but once we found the source, Think it Simple/Daisy sorted it all our for me!

The transfer was very smooth and simple with the bonus of cheaper bills

Today is the 8th working day when I was told 3-5 working day to send back the £1040 of my money taken by this company for no reason £55 standard direct debit they helped themselves to £1040 with no written notice

8th working day since 15th jan and still no refund

they hounded us, promising us they could save us money and get us out of contracts etc. Then when the switch over went wrong they ignored all further communication leaving my shop without a phone. DISGUSTING SERVICE

Appalling service from this company! We were contacted in June 2023 by their Sales Team. AT NO POINT in any conversations was I asked what contract we were currently in with BT or how long we were in contract for, only that we could save money by moving over to Daisy Telecom. AT NO POINT during the sales call or the follow up calls was I told we would have cancellation charges from our current provider. Had I known how much these cancellation charges would be, I would have stayed with BT and looked at moving elsewhere when our contract ended, as with these huge cancellation charges, it has now cost us hundreds of pounds which I paid to avoid our business being chased for payment.
I have been emailing Think It Simple Legal (which I was instructed to do, as was told they would recover these charges), since June regarding all the cancellation charges we have paid. We have provided all documents to their Legal Department, as requested, authorisation to BT for the legal team to speak to them regarding our contract, but as of today (January 2024), still do not have any update on this and remain hundreds of pounds out of pocket! I have filed a formal complaint with Daisy Telecom, however been told by them that they do not cover cancellation charges. Daisy need to step up and get involved with Think It Simple's miss-selling. I will be pursuing this further with the ombudsman.

Think it simple contacted us twice during 2023 about switching from BT to Daisy communication the first time we rejected there offer due to the cancellation fee, the 2nd time (which I now regret) we decided to move on the bases that the cancellation fee with BT will be removed and we would save money on our phone/broadband cost??? just before we switched to Daisy BT took the full £200 cancellation fee straight from our account and that was back in September, we are now in December and although Think it Simple have sent us a cheque (not for the full amount £149.66) the cheque is not in my wife name but one of the Think it simple staff who had been dealing with our account, so we have been unable to cash the cheque.
I have sent several emails to Roger Francis (there legal team) but to date 14.12.23 they have not sent us out another cheque. I have spoken with their customer service and ask if this could be escalated within their business but I am told that they cannot give out their directors’ details as they are too busy, but I can email the customer service.
I have had nothing back from them so have resorted to writing a review.

Please be aware of this company, they make out they are going to save you money by switching but this has not been the case with us, once my contract ends with Daisy I will be switching back to BT.

Absolutely abysmal. Left me high & dry when my BT line didn't transfer to the new system & refused to take my calls. Michael Buckberry was my contact, didn't follow through with assurances, only did half a job, didn't stick around to finish it. Bagged the sale then legged it. If I can cancel & swap back to BT I will. Steer well clear.

Trust the process! I was unsure at first but these guys nailed it- got me out of a contract with BT business which I was being royally stitched up on, and got me a refund of over £500 rather than the £1500 bt was demanding I pay! Highly recommended

I changed from BT in order to significantly reduce my costs. BT haven't fully acknowledged my departure, and are still sending me bills. I've cancelled my direct debit and just pass any correspondence to Think it Simple - who deal with it - just like that! Swift relevant answers to all my queries, just like customer service ought to work. Thank you Robert and Michael.
