Very helpful and great Customer…
Very helpful and great Customer Service. Nothing is too much trouble. We recently had issues with our equipment and after checking all equipment & replacing the router, they sent engineers who found the fault was with the main box. Follow up calls from Daisy were made.

Had nothing but problems from the start…
Had nothing but problems from the start in Jan24 - still paying two providers - so doubles our cost...no customer service whatsoever - no-one replies to email - no-one answers the phone. Will give them a week, then it's over to the ombudsman 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The change over from our previous supplier was made simple and effortless.
Communication was good and i didn't have to keep contacting you.
Following the change over a call was made to myself to check that every thing was ok and all working correctly.

The Service was no good
I am rewriting my review
We had so many downtime for this broadband service, so not very happy.
They come across nice and say we will deliver excellent broadband service, it did not happen.

Very good service from the team. The transition went smoothly with no interruption to my service. Pricing good too. When I did have a problem on the line the tech support were very helpful and between us we quickly identified the faulk.

Saved me a fortune on my phone and broadband bill
Great experience with Think It Simple! They made me aware I was paying over the odds with BT for my business phone and broadband line. Moving me to a plan with another provider for a fraction of the cost.
They even took care of all the legal work and got me out of my BT contract.
I would highly recommend a truly smooth transition.

I thought I was in safe hands when…
I thought I was in safe hands when Think It Simple called me and set everything out over the phone. Telling me that they could take over our 3 lines without a problem because they were in the same tier as the biggest players in the market, giving me a deal I could not turn down. We went ahead before the end of November last year, so we didn't lose the deal we had been offered. At first they did keep me informed so I was very impressed up to this point but slowly the commumication stopped and it was me trying to find out what was happening with no explenation and no retured phone calls, finaly I had enough and by mid Febuary this year I cancelled all lines. It took a week or so of doing this I finaly got a call from them only to blame me for cancelling and getting another company involved and this had caused problems for them. They had taken 2 1/2 months from setting up to get our lines sorted and let me know what was happening and didn't. They should rename themselves Make It Complicated.

I have seen the Trustpilot review, and would ask what the issue it is you are receiving?
The order is cancelled as you advised you had received a better deal with XLN and that you wanted this order to be cancelled.
Unfortunately we did have delays with the broadband and this was completely out of our control and was due to line plant work that needed to be completed by Openreach, this was completed and we were about to appoint the order when XLN contacted you and offered you the deal.
They send this to explain after I had tried to find out what was going on for weeks, and Michael sending first response to my review asking to send over details to try and look into what happened after he took the initial order from me over the phone back in November, absolute comedians the lot of them.
