Your Balboa sandals are the best. I have given so many people the information on your company, how well the sandals are, the comfort, the colors (I would even like more different colors). After being unable to return a pair of shoes, The Walkimg Company reached out. I was able to talk to a real person who quickly resolved my issue. Thank you so much
I’ve had 4 pair of Kayla sandals, size 7. They fit perfectly, no blisters or rubbing. However this pair irritates my little toe. I think it is the material. I tried to return but couldn’t complete on for some reason. I tried calling but of course never was ably to talk to a real person. So I am stuck with shoes I cannot wear. Very disappointed in return policy.

Love my insoles and all my shoes I get…
Love my insoles and all my shoes I get from you. When you have foot problems it stops you from walking. With those insoles I started back walking and in less than 6 months I walked over 700 miles. Thank you Jesus for that metatarsal pad and the arch for plantar fasciitis. ❤️🙏🏼🙌

Not a great experience
Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with this company, and based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again.
My advice to future customers would be to try the shoes on only on a very clean, carpeted, or protected surface. If you think there’s any possibility you may need to return them, be extremely careful with the soles. The bottoms apparently need to remain absolutely pristine, or you may be stuck keeping the shoes.
I understand having return policies in place, but I found the experience frustrating and disappointing.

I ordered the loafers in black on the…
I ordered the loafers in black on the recommendation of other reviews. I’m very happy with the fit and feel of the leather!
I had also ordered 2 other pairs of shoes but they were too small. The ballet slippers and some tennis shoes. So I returned them the next day with the return label that I had purchased ahead of time with my initial order. I’m so grateful for their refund of my money in such a timely manner.
I will buy from them again!!

Shoes were uncomfortable
Shoes were uncomfortable. Definitely not for walking any distance. And the material was hard.
