ABEO, our premium line, was developed from millions of customer foot scans and features metatarsal support designed to relieve pressure and pain. Our orthotics range covers pain relief, arch support, cushioning and stability, and our comfort and support footwear system pairs the shoe with an orthotic base, so support comes built in rather than sold as an afterthought. The velcro is skimpy
The sandals fit fine, but the velcro in the straps is too short. In order to make the fit snug enough, most of the top part of the strap extends further than the velcro. Not only does it means the end of the strap is free to curl up, the ankle strap is only slightly connected and not stable.

Difficult returns
I’ve always trusted the Walking Company, until now. Purchased a pair of Sofft boots that did not work and needed to return. With no means of returning provided, I emailed customer support for help. The response was prompt but unsatisfactory due to your inability to provide a QR code. Without a printer at home, I had to screen shot the label and then email it to FedEx requiring long wait times. I’m unlikely to make any future purchases.
