When we could not find products that met that standard at an accessible price, we built our own. ABEO, our premium line, was developed from millions of customer foot scans and features metatarsal support designed to relieve pressure and pain. Our orthotics range covers pain relief, arch support, cushioning and stability, and our comfort and support footwear system pairs the shoe with an orthotic base, so support comes built in rather than sold as an afterthought. Shoe exchange
I had to make an exchange on a pair of sandals. Customer service responded quickly with links on how to do it. The process was easy and quick. The replacement shoes came within a few days after I mailed off the original shoes to The Walking Company. Exchanges were completely free of any service charges.

The boots I ordered are wonderful but delivery was too slow
The boots I ordered are wonderful, but delivery was very slow and although the shipping box was undamaged, the box the boots were in was broken. This must have happened during the packing process. Very disappointing, as I would use the box to store the boots in the off-season.

I ordered this slide because I wanted arch support and Abeo has great support. As soon as I tried them on they were uncomfortable. The arch support was too hard and the leather that crossed over my toes was so stiff that I knew it would be uncomfortable to wear and potentially cause blisters. The hard arch support actually hurt my arch. Very disappointing.

Easy Returns
Easy Returns: my shoes were of good quality but just a little too tight so I sent them back for a refund. The return really could not have been easier. I went to the website found returns, printed out the return label and dropped the box off at a local FedEx drop off location. I really appreciate the ease of this and the free return. Thank you.
