Would give a minus score if possible. Made the mistake of purchasing a tabbard. No customer service zero reply. They have got to be a scam, save your money or go to a trustworthy source. Don't use this company EVER!

I give 1 star because I can't give 0. Took over 6 MONTHS to receive my order, with emails being ignored.
Pathetic customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 9 weeks waiting for the items, 9 emails chasing to which I receievd a one sentence response to the 7th. The items were required for an event this weekend (4/5 May 2024), I ordered them on 29th February 2024 and was finally told this Tuesday that due to "supplier issues" they would not arrive. I am now chasing for a full refund. The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Placed an order on the 29th May 2023, transferred the money via bacs as requested. Order confirmed but not fulfilled. Have chased numerous times by email and telephone with no response. I can only imagine that these people are scammers.

Will take your money with seemingly no intent to supply the goods. I contacted them via email and after a few emails they said they will soon get the item but, after emailing them again later, would not give an update and just never got back to me. They don't answer the phone or respond to voicemail.
Avoid at all costs, seems like scammers or people who just don't care in doing the job. I'll be reporting to standards.

DO NOT order from this company, scammers will be looking at reporting them to trading standards and the bank for charge back, placed an order in Nov 2023, after several emails and phone calls all to no avail, placed a daming review threw Google maps, after which the company contacted me and promised a delivery of my order, since then no delivery and they have removed themselves and all reviews from Google maps. So please as I have said at the start this is a SCAM company DO NOT order from them.

Ordered in October 2023, response to one email that said "it won't be much longer" but no further responses. Phone number doesn't work, now pursuing chargeback. Highly don't recommend.

Ordered on 01 October 2023. We've been trying to get a refund for an item ordered, paid for, then according to the seller "due to an ordering problem they are out of stock" - which seems to be a common phrase used. We have been promised refunds many times on the phone and by email (although their "finance system is broken so cannot refund to original card" - again a common phrase).

Based on the number of other negative reviews, we're not hopeful, but if we don't get this sorted by 08 Jan we'll be taking it to the authorities.

Ordered 6 weeks ago, all three items were a 10-20 day dispatch. No one answers any emails or the phone.

DO NOT USE! Placed an order back in July which never arrived, after numerous attempts to call (which they have never answered!) they did reply once to my email on the 25/08 to say they would process the refund. 3 MTHS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND!

Ordered back in July three items for my sons and myself, the intent for which was to have these for Halloween and for an upcoming Pagan hand fastening in 2024.

Confirmation email advised 10-20 days dispatch for non custom items, but that it could be up to 12 weeks if the item needed customisation or to be made up.

12 weeks in heard nothing, emailed, no response, facebook messenger to their page, no response.

Called the phone number, "you call can not be answered at the moment, and you can not leave a message so please call later".

Fortunately I ordered using my credit card and have since filed a fraud case, which has triggered a charge back, only wish I had seen the reviews here first.

Total scam - took money and no item sent. Will be taking this up with trading standards

Looks slick Web site, then takes your money but you dont get what you payed for sent out and they dont reply to any form of contact. Avoid at all costs as it will cost you in some way.

Similar to many many other reviews on all review sites- they take your online orders and money but don't dispatch the goods - cannot speak to them on phone no facility to leave a message - they sometimes eventually reply to some emails and promise refund and or replacement of goods not received but they don't do it. Have now to spend time reporting them to Trading Standards as many others have done and also to the Police as they are robbing people of their money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE

About a week ago I found the Viking store online, I liked some of the shirts but the sizing was wrong,
I usually have small so when i checked it out it would have been XXL,
I emailed to ask about the sizing, got a reply to say small would be the same size as small in ordinary shops,
I didn't want to take a chance on ordering as i wanted to buy 2 shirts one to wear on Saturday,
On Saturday, the website said the Store, (in Wood Street E17) was open till 7pm,
I travelled from SW London to E17, took over an hour to get there, found the Store, it was closed, shutters down so no window to look in, I was really angry, I called there number, was asked to leave a message which I did letting them know what I thought,
I since then have found all the negative feed back & I'm beginning to think I was lucky as I only wasted time & not around £60 by ordering the 2 shirts online,

Great looking website, and after purchase you get a professional looking invoice............but the goods never arrive and you do not get any replies via email or phone.

I ordered a polyurethane nut helmet back at the beginning of May 2021. The months rolled by and the helmet never arrived. No amount of emails got so much as a single reply from The Viking Store. By March 2022, I had given up emailing the store and decided that I would have a day out in London and coincide my trip with a visit to the shop.... The best way to deal with ignorant scum bags is face to face... Then blow me, at the end of March, before I got a chance to pay the shop a visit, the helmet turned up! It's OK, but not brilliant. Although the shell is very realistic, there is no harness inside and it drops over my eyes. I have a massive head, so there's no excuse for this. I will keep it and make a leather harness to fit inside; but neither worth the money or the wait.

As the majority of other reviewers say, AVOID. They are crooks who take your money, do not dispatch your goods, reply to emails to answer the phone. Now looking to have funds returned via credit card provider.

If I could rate The Viking Store with a minus score I would. They've basically stolen my money from me.
I ordered a couple of items back in Nov 2021 as Christmas gifts for my 8 year old nephew. Suffice to say, they've never arrived. The phone number rings out and the only email that I did get a response from, "Gary" assured me that when he was back at work after the Christmas break he would come back to me. I chased again, never to hear anything.
Sadly, I did not use a credit card for this purchase so pursuing this financially isn't possible but I hope someone reads this review and takes their hard-earned cash elsewhere. For me, their actions are outright theft.

Ordered boots which never arrived. Email requests for an update totally unanswered but managed to make contact via phone and was told my emails were being sent to junk. Was then told that a refund would be arranged asap. A month went by and I was then told the refund would be next week because only the manager could send it. A week later after no refund was then told the manager had covid. After seemingly running out of excuses my emails stopped being replied to. Absolutely shocking service, do not ever use this sham company.
