Dodgy company based in China - sizes are all off and material not good quality. They wont allow you to return as everything on their website is on sale and despite their site stating they accept returns, they do not.

SCAM - save your money people.

Their return policy is horrible. 3 days and then they still make it rough. Don't buy from them.

I paid $45 to ship it and it only shipped after I emailed them that it was over the timeframe promised.
The dress was not at all like the picture and extremely poorly made.
Now the company is not honoring their return policy.

I am currently trying to get a refund for a dress that looks nothing... absolutely nothing like the photo on the website. It is not the same colour or style as the one we ordered. The bottom hem is jagged and crooked al the way around, the bust area has extra seams that are unflattering and crooked, there is no side slit and the fit is horrible and there are no straps as again shown in the picture. Horrible dress and zero customer service. They get out of refunding your money by making you pay the return shipping to CHINA! $100+ for shipping... absolute GARBAGE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I will update my review if I ever hear back from them and get me refund as promised. Photos or dress and authorization for return can be provided upon request.

Bought a dress for £155 plus postage. I ordered the correct size but when it arrived it was way too big. The quality is absolute rubbish. I asked them for a returns label and said the dress is too big-then they asked me for a photo of my daughter in the dress to show how big it was on her. They are now refusing to answer my emails. Such an unprofessional company.

Columbus dresses did not comply by the shipping date. Worst part of it was that we paid the extra fee to have it here on time and it still did not arrive. Their email to us was very confusing and have not returned my email regarding clarification even though they stated they would accept a return.

Garbage site, garbage customer service, garbage return policy. A complete scam company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

If I could give them zero stars, I WOULD.
This company has beautiful dresses, but their shipping policy is expensive, and it does not communicate well with the buyer. I ordered two dresses with the knowledge they had a 3-day return policy(that's very strict). They not only scammed me out of fast shipping, only putting it on one of my two dresses, but they claim its custom cut and I cannot return it. I did not make a custom order in the least, and I feel very offended that they will not let me return the second dress because its apparently "Custom Cut". There is no customer service to communicate straight away and its extremely complicated to ask questions. DO NOT BUY YOU ARE WASTING TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY.

Bought one dress and I was deceived, dress different from the ad image, horrible finish, worst shopping experience I had. I want to return the dress and get my money back. trying to contact Columbus Dress but they are unresponsive. Terrible attendance!

Dress not delivered but Columbus Dresses refuses to take into consideration my request. So 150€ spent and nothing received. A Scam. Do not buy from them!!! In addition to being scammers, Columbus Dresses are also liars because they have the nerve to tell me that my order was delivered by hand when I was on vacation 450 km from home the day the package was supposed to be delivered...

Awful experience. I ordered a custom color, received the wrong color. When I went to return for the correct dress I was told the website didn’t make a mistake and I wouldn’t be allowed to return it.
Awful customer service. Absolutely don’t recommend.

Horrible experience. Never got my daughter's prom dress. I emailed them several times and of course they never answered. They don't have a customer service phone number or an address. I'm out $180.90. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Please do not order from them. The dress I ordered had a huge bust line and tiny waistline. I can not imagine anyone having those measurements. So, I immediately went online to get a return label as nothing but my name and address was in English. Chinese was on the label. I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails (tried 3 times) and they only give a 14 days window of returning. Now, to get to the quality of the dress. It was very cheaply made and 2 different colors of pink. Please don’t waste your money.
