Ordered boots which never arrived. Email requests for an update totally unanswered but managed to make contact via phone and was told my emails were being sent to junk. Was then told that a refund would be arranged asap. A month went by and I was then told the refund would be next week because only the manager could send it. A week later after no refund was then told the manager had covid. After seemingly running out of excuses my emails stopped being replied to. Absolutely shocking service, do not ever use this sham company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered from them and never got the item I bought despite numerous emails and calls. They never pick up the phone either. Don’t shop here you won’t get the items you order or your money back.

They used to be really good, but now you can never get hold of anyone for customer service, they continue to trade online but never send the goods and we are raising a dispute via PayPal to get our money back. Absolute scammer of an owner, just takes your money and hides. Avoid at all costs

Placed an order at the end of May for a 10 day shipping window, I received and email 1st of July when I questioned where my order was to say it was coming from the USA. 7th July informed it would be with them 8th July, 28th july still no order and now no replies to my emails. AVOID.

I bought an item at the end of March and as the item listing advised, I waited just over the twenty days to receive it. However, as per the other reviews on here, I have never received it, nor do they reply to any emails or phone calls. I have had to claim my money back via my bank. Please do not buy from them.

This is the ultimate in BAD service. Worse than bad.
Ordered from them in Early 2020 and still trying to get my item. They began by answering emails - eventually, and stated they were working on my order then completely blanked me for months. I found the owner on Facebook and have had to pester him to get any response. But still no word from the actual shop re my order. Just excuses from the owner. Absolutely horrendous customer service - avoid at all costs. Seriously - avoid!!!

Agree with other reviews - we never received our item, the 'store' is a scam. Ordered back in April 2020, chased in December. Very sad. Must remember to check Trustpilot in future when ordering from somewhere new.

SCAM. They took our money, and never shipped our items. Delays and more delays, with endless promises that our order was next in line to be processed. Now they won't respond to our queries. It has been 3 months. These people are crooks.

The store is working online, but after you pay there is nothing. They are not answering on the phone/ Facebook/ email.
I ordered some swords and shield for me children and they are now really sad.

I can not recommend this store, im still waiting after 6 months for my order or my payment returned to me. There customer service are crap.
