When i first bought ther sesrvice / server i had some problems with the server. I then made a ticket on their website but nothing happend. after that i tryed getting a refund. I created a ticket through paypal, where i said i wanted a refund. Then as a massage back from TheMinecraftHosting: Make another ticket on their website. Close this dispute because your service will be terminated. After that i thought i just lost my money and the service i wanted. But after ca 2-3 months, their sending mails with overdue invoices. Ive tryed creating tickets on their website but no awnser from them. Pluss its saying i have to pay for "Late Fee"

Mi servidor 6Gb, redstone plan, corre perfecto. El panel de control es muy bueno y facil usarlo.

HORRIBLE
Pésimo servicio, atención al cliente, y servidores, sale mucho más a cuenta ir a otro servicio de host aunque más caro. Son estafadores y ladrones.

My friends and I have been renting a server from these guys for soon to be 2 months. In this time frame the server has been down for a WHOLE week, with them ignoring all the tickets send in and now later on, the server is down again for 4 days at the time of writing this review and so far they have ignored all tickets again. i cannot recommend this company as they are simply ignoring their customers. when the servers do work, it has been running mostly as expected, with minor lag mostly due to buying the cheaper package i presume.

Promesas vacías, alquile un servidor tubo problemas por una hipotética migración y me dejaron sin servidor un par de semanas y después dicen que serán días extra por lo sucedido y desactivan el servidor al final del mes sin avisar ni dar los días perdidos.

Two weeks ago I have been waiting for a solution to a platform failure. They do not answer tickets. They do not inform. They steal your money.

Que pésima atención al cliente, llevo 6 días sin poder iniciar mi server porque me lo suspendieron, por un doble pago que ocurrió, cree un caso en Paypal, me dieron el crédito y me pidieron que cancele el caso de Paypal para volver activar el servicio, lo hice, cancele el caso mandé la ID la cual es "PP-R-AJG-493141330".
Después de enviar la ID no obtuve ninguna respuesta por parte del soporte. Han pasado 6 días y no me han respondido. Según ustedes el soporte es 24/7 y es súper rápido. Espero que de esta forma obtener alguna respuesta por parte de ustedes. Lo único que deseo es que me activen el servicio.

Actualización: me reactivaron el servicio y todo funciona con normalidad.

Tardan mucho tiempo en responder los tickets, luego ahorita estoy teniendo problemas con 3 de mis servidores los cuales "no tienen conexión a internet" por lo que no pueden iniciar la network

El servidor funciona bien, almenos en mi caso. No me han respondido a cuando pedí que se cancelase mis servicios (Un servidor para jugar con amigos) y por tanto, me he ido a PayPal directamente a cancelar mi subscripción.

La experiencia con sus servidores ha sido decente pero la experiencia con su atención al cliente ha sido nefasta. Volveré a actualizar o a poner otra reseña en caso de que cobren otra vez la cuota trimestral que tengo con ellos. Un saludo y barajen otras opciones de hosting.

No contestan a los tickets, Hemos pagado nuestra mensualidad para que el server esté abierto 24 horas al día y nos encontramos con que hemos podido jugar 2 días. NULA respuesta a tickets, NULA transparencia, NULA atención por twitter. Esto es una auténtica vergüenza.

es una perdida de dinero y de tiempo, funciona bien un par de días después su link de multicraft deja de funcionar y la contraseña que pones no funciona en la pagina oficial de multicraft y para colmo no contestan ningún tiket si no solo vean los comentarios en su pagina de twiter.
