I got the server and checked my email and there was nothing for the log in so I went to support to fix it and they did so in 1 Hour at 12AM EST! BUT then the next day I was trying to upload a Minecraft mod pack to the server and I kept getting a error so I went to support again and they never responded its been 2 days... Since they don't want to help me I just decided to go to a different host. the only good thing was the price with a code for 60% off.

Dont buy nothing here, its just SCAM, once u purchase the service they dont send you nothing and you cant use it. If you send a refund ticket they dont answer. 8$ to the bin.

Siguen caídos los servidores y no recibimos respuesta. Ni contestan tickets ni actualizan con regularidad en twitter.

Compre un vps ssd en dallas y han pasado ya 3 dias no contestan a soporte en los tickets ni me dan my vps. Una estafa total.

necesito ayuda, compre un servidor en esta empresa, estoy al día con los pagos mensuales, pero un dia jugando se cerro el servidor.
en el hosting aparece que esta activo, pero no me deja ingresar a multicraft para iniciar sesión, mejor dicho no carga pagina, el servidor aparece que esta cerrado, tenemos una aplicación completamente externa donde agregamos los plugins al servidor e incluso eso no nos deja acceder. pensamos que podría ser que se quedo sin espacio, PAGE mas para poder extender la memoria RAM pero aun así no dio resultados, alguien por favor que nos pueda ayudar

I had bought a server, and it never worked. Within 2 hours, I was already writing a refund request. I come back just after a couple hours to check on it, and it logged me out. I have tried every password under the sun and I tried to reset it but it will not work. Multicraft (which uses the EXACT. SAME. LOGIN.) still lets me login and view the server. The forgot password does not work either. At this point I literally don't know what to do.

Servidores de bajo rendimiento, compramos un servidor de 32 de ram e iba mas lag que en aternos, y ademas no me dejan ahora recuperar mi mundo y poder descargarmelo me dicen que pague otro mes para poder hacerlo, lo unico bueno del sitio los codigos de descuento por lo demas una basura y el soporte tecnico igual

El primer servidor de pago con amigos, contratamos 16 de ram, 4 amigos como mucho, 132 mods, el servidor daba perna, el hecho de que un mínimo de 2 personas se pongan a explorar, el mundo va lento, tardan 1-2 minutos en cargar un chunk, sobre todo en el Nether, el servidor llegaba a apagarse varias veces sin motivo aparente, no recomiendo este sitio, al final seguimos jugando porque esta apagado y no quedaba otra, un amigo se fue por el tema de lo lento que es el servidor, y lo entiendo, era nefasto el servicio, no malgasten el dinero.

Mi conclusión es que a no ser que mejoren tanto la atención al cliente como el rendimiento de los servidores, búscate otro sitio donde contratar tu hosting, este es un dolor de cabeza.

Hace años contraté algún servicio de hosting de minecraft aquí y en general fue bien pero hace un par de semanas contraté uno, el más que yo había pagado hasta la fecha para jugar solo 5-6 personas e iba horriblemente mal, era injugable, abrí varios tickets porque no me respondían y hasta que no reclamé por PayPal no me hicieron ni caso. Me dijeron que habían actualizado el nodo en que estaba mi servidor y algo mejor iba pero seguía dando muchos problemas, tuve algún problema que fue cosa mía pero tras solucionarlo todo seguía igual de mal, lo documenté todo en el ticket que seguía abierto y tras 5 días no me habían respondido hasta que volví a escribir por la disputa de PayPal

Servers are not good for hosting modpacks, I requested a refund within the 24 hour period and am now battling them over paypal for them to issue it. do NOT use this host as if you do any any issues they wait DAYS to respond to you.

I got a month of server and i only got to use it for 2 weeks. The support is HORRIBLE. i opened 2 tickets and got no response that could help me, they only told me it was a "node problem".
DO NOT BUY!

Stay away from this hosting service. I purchased a server for my friends and I to play but decided within 24hours to submit a ticket to request a cancelation and refund of my service. I did not get a response for 48 hours. I say 48 hours because they wouldn't have responded to me ever. They decided to respond to me only when I bring up a dispute on paypal. In the dispute they said that its been more than 24 hours so they cannot refund me. This website is a huge scam.

Nefasto servicio de atención al cliente, sobre todo los tickets no responden. Los servidores funcionan bien, pero se caen mucho. No recomendado para nada.

I had a lot of servers hosted on various hosting companies but in this one i'm having the best experience with the support team, they're fast and polite, the best of the best. And this is priceless since I am always on the road - essentially living in my van.
