I was charged 2 months worth of service after cancelation and they still didn't issue a refund.

It's good if you want a laggy server with 5 people online.
I used this hosting 1 year ago and the servers were not bad, but a week later nodes went down and were never fixed.
I decided to buy a VPS from them so I wouldn't have to care about the panel's uglyness and those things, but it turns out that they scammed me.
The VPS wasn't working and they offered me a dedicated server with more ram at the same price which is better but when I accepted the offer, they said they would expect to have it working in a few days, but weeks went on until I had the monthly fee, I canceled everything and said goodbye.
As I'm writing this in 2024, a year went on, and if they're better now I might give them another chance, and I doubt if they're better now. (probably not, we'll see)

El peor servicio posible. No dejan cancelar tu suscripción desde la propia página y tienes que acudir a tu banco para cancelar el pago automático. Son unos saca dinero rastreros.

Me parece una falta de respeto que uno cancele el servicio y el día de cobro que estaba previsto terminen cobrando después de haber dicho tal cancelación.

Imposible darse de baja, ponen cualquier excusa para evitar que te salgas y seguirte cobrando importes a la tarjeta, además de que se demoran más de 2 días en contestarte cualquier ticket, pésimo. Las opiniones de 5 estrellas son puros bots, no hagáis caso.

Por vuestro propio bien buscad otra pagina, la peor experiencia en varias paginas que he probado.

se tardaron mucho en ver mi ticket y en resolver, deberían de agilizar mas en ese aspecto. la solución fue rápida y buena.

A las 24 horas de hacer el pedido te añaden que puedes solicitar el reembolso en general pero luego no te lo dan ademas de funcionar fatal, es lamentable

Horrible, super difícil configurar los servidores y 0 ayuda para cancelar el servicio, simplemente se quedan cobrándote las mensualidades sin avisar y aunque no uses el servidor. Y si pides ayuda al soporte técnico no te harán ni caso ni te solucionaran el problema. Nunca mas

Lo peor que hay en servidores, las actualizaciones para mejorar el servicio son caras y no se siente la mejora, te clavan con el pago automático, aunque pidas cancelar el servicio no lo hacen, el servicio al usuario es como hablar con una pared, no lo contrates cualquier opción es mejor que esta.

ESTE HOST DE MINECRAFT ES UNA COMPLETA ESTAFA TE DAN SERVIDORES MEDIOCRES A UN BAJO PRECIO PERO SOLAMENTE PARA PODER ROBARTE DINERO PORQUE CUANDO QUIERES CANCELAR LA SUSCRIPCION NO TE DEJA POR NINGUN LADO. los servidores ses caen durante dias y no te devuelven esos dias, me cobraron 2 veces e incluso una tercera cuando ya tenia el plan cancelado

Estas personas dejan su servicio para luego lavarse las manos a la hora de cancelar pagos. He estado contactando con ellos 2 meses debido a que quería cancelar su producto y simplemente me contestaban con "contacte con su método de pago". Existen servicios muchos mejores que permiten la cancelación inmediata de los pagos de estos servicios como por ejemplo Shockbyte. Así que ni intenten meterse aquí, se ve que estas personas no son de fiar.

Alquile un Server para CSGO, me envian el correo de creacion del servidor al dia 2 pero sin el nombre de usuario y no puedo iniciar el server. Llevo 3 dias Esperando y escribi ya 3 tickets a soporte y nada que responden pesimo Atencion al cliente

Now, I've been using TheMinecraftHosting for a far bit to have Minecraft Servers on and off. Recently I purchased a server on the 4th of September as much as it hurts me to say this but the support I had wasn't really the best I got left out of the loop after x amount of messages (I understand they are trying to fix a problem but I needed to know that the company didn't just run away with my money) Unfortunately was not getting anywhere after running around for about nearly 3 weeks I was finally able to get this sorted. The reason I have still given this review a high rating is because
1 you just won't find hosting anywhere as cheap as TheMinecraftHosting

2 as a programmer and IT tech support myself I do know that sometimes you will encounter errors that you or no one has ever seen before

They canceled my server without explanation after less then a week, i had spent over $150 USD on it and when i asked for a refund they declined it because it had "been over 24 hours since i paid for the server" i suspect they waited to do this so i could not refund it since they didnt tell me it was canceled and i had to make a ticket to ask! This is a total scam!
