Great customer service when my order arrive incorrect. I reached out by email and had a response within the hour with the correction in the mail quickly. Great tasting teas with zero artificial dyes or flavors.

I love loaded tea, before I found loaded tea I was only able to drink a few things, being allergic to red dye 40 is one of the worst things ever it's in everything and with loaded tea I'm now able to drink all sorts of different flavors I'm like a kid in a candy store right now, thank you loaded tea I was getting kind of sick of playing ice tea, water and coffee..

Absolutely yummy, I used a full packet which was a little to sweet but I was able to add water through out the day. It lasted me all day and was so good fully hydrated

The loaded teas are amazing and the customer service is even better! I had a small issue with my order, that I was completely at fault for, and I reached out to see if I could change it before shipping. They were absolutely wonderful. I am usually not a fan of flavored waters but the loaded tea is a game changer. It is just exact amount of flavor so it’s not over powering . The no sugar is also a great plus. First, let me say I LOVE LOVE LOVE the teas! Second, the customer service is top notch. I had a delivery issue (at no fault of TLTS). I sent an email and received an immediate response. Not an automated response. They immediately sent out a new order. Such a great company!

First of all, the teas are delicious! I placed an order and goofed on the payment part by accidentally putting it on my company credit card. As soon as I realized it I contacted the company and they immediately corrected MY error and thanked me for my business. Fabulous customer service! Delicious teas!

I really wanted to love this tea. I love the names of flavors as well as colors. Unfortunately my taste buds didn’t agree with the after taste. When I contacted them they offered to send me 5 new flavors (caffeine free) to try. My taste buds still didn’t care for them. When I contacted them again. They completely refunded my money and let me keep the tea packets. Hopefully, I’ll give them to someone who loves them and they’ll become a customer.
