I contacted them about an order that I had placed and they got right on it and emailed me back and let me know what was going on. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. There was a little mix up with 2 of the packets in my order. I emailed them and they responded and sent out a correction all within hours. Very impressed with the customer service and the teas are all so good. My grandkids love the caffeine ones.

First off, the tea is amazing! Taste great, keeps my energy all day without the extra high and low. I love all the great benefits to it. Second, there was a question on shipping and without even a second guess they did everything to make it right. Customer service was the best!

The customer service is OUTSTANDING. Before I even recieved my purchase I had to contact them regarding a mailing issue. They got back to me within hours and stayed with me every step of the way until they were sure I recieved my order. The email correspondence showed they were happy and quick to help, interested in what was going on and they truly cared. Once I had the product the load teas I have tried are just as good as the customer service.

They are absolutely amazing. I had reached out about an order (I’d made a few that weekend) and noticed one didn’t seem to have a valid tracking number. The Loaded Tea Shop has the BEST teas. Honestly I tried another brand that was cheaper and it was a waste of my money. The teas, even though they were advertised well, lacked flavor, they were more like watered down koolaid.
With the Loaded Teas I can finish my first 32 ounce cup, go back and add more water and still get a nice flavor.
I will only buy now from The Loaded Tea Shop, plus they have EXCELLENT customer service

I have CKD and my numbers did a nose dive and I was always dehydrated. To make this story short, I tried this Loaded Tea and started drinking. My numbers became better than had been for Eight months. I drink only this and water. Praising God for the blessing and sending me to Loaded Tea

I absolutely love the loaded tea shop drinks. It's hard to find drinks that don't spike my sugar...but keep me hydrated and energized.

I was so disappointed. I fell into the hype hoping to be satisfied with these. I have not found one that i like in my entire order. And i ordered 48. NOT ONE! They have an awful after taste too. They were extremely expensive and just not worth it. Dont waste your money. Every single packet i tried had a metallic aftertaste. I tried putting more powder and less powder and they just do not taste good. I have a right to leave my opinion and they just keep deleting my reviews.

I saw The Loaded Tea on TikTok and decided to give it a try. They had many great flavor options so how could you go wrong, especially with one called Frog Spit. Anyway, I placed my order and they arrived fairly quickly. Each packet gives you two or more servings, depending on how sweet you like it.

I had an issue with a second order as I didn’t realize I set it up mad subscription and when I got notice about my next order, that I didn’t need as I still had plenty of sticks left, I reached out to the company letting them know my issue. Not only did they respond quickly, they made sure I was able to stop the monthly subscription.

Not only is the product great the customer service is also fantastic. While I may not be on a monthly subscription plan, I will still come back for more as they are very good and an alternative to coffee, if needed.
