Well i ordered a sharks head and even though i love it, it was damaged on the fin, contacted the company with a photo of the damage, and they replyed the next day, and straight away send a replacement out and true to they word i received a replacement with in the week. I will sure use this compant again. Its nice to know there are still decent companys out there.

St Tropez is beautiful bright colours, so pleased with it.
Reason for 4 stars is because delivery did take nearly 3 weeks, although Elliot replied to my emails efficiently and was very helpful.
I would use Farthing again.

I pre-ordered it in November 2025 for delivery January 2026.
Elliot chased this and got it delivered as soon as it arrived in stock. Unfortunately it arrived damaged in transit to me, Elliot had a new one dispatched the same day for next day arrival.
It's lovely very antique looking as described.

From start to finish the experience was great. I ordered 2 pixies and the Cheshire cat. All were exactly as mentioned on the website, and didn't disappoint. They arrived after a couple of weeks and were packed really well. Since then I have ordered the 3rd pixie in the group. I would definitely use this firm again

The item I ordered was exactly as advertised. However it was damaged in transit.
I contacted the company and Elliot responded immediately and the issue was rectified. I was really impressed with the customer care I received from Elliot, and would highly recommend this company.

I want to express my gratitude to Elliot. Although the mirror was only delivered to The Farthing on Friday, he assured me that he would do his best to get it to us before closing for Christmas.

True to his word, it just arrived today, December 23rd, right on time. (Thank you, DPD!)

I've unpacked the mirror, and it is stunning.

Initially I was worried and concerned when waiting for my order after reading negative reviews on here.

For reassurance I messaged Elliott who responded quickly ensuring me that my order was on the way. My order took 2 weeks to arrive however, it was delivered today and I am pleased with my purchase.

Elliott was so helpful and did everything to help me with my ordered that had been delayed from the supplier. Couldn’t recommend enough. Great service 😊

Ordered a mirror set that came quicker than the timescale advertised, I emailed them and they came straight back to me, all in all very happy.

Same as Marc said, some thing going on with this company. None of the tel numbers work and the email bounces back. I'm going to have to get my refund via my credit card company because it's like trying to reach the dead.

Avoid this scam site, ordered a floor lamp, received an acknowledgment email and then nothing, chased it but to no avail. I have be scammed for £129, AVOID.

No order confirmation, no update , no goods . Money out of bank. Can’t seem to contact them . Thinking I’ve been scammed

Extremely disappointing experience with this company and would avoid at all costs.
According to their website the item was in stock and would be delivered in 7-14 days, no contact from the company and after chasing them several times, it’s clear that the item wasn’t in stock and they were stalling for time. Order cancelled and refund requested.
Something strange going on with this company as no reviews since May!

Bought one if the Rusty pigs, which I love. Sadly it was faulty, as soon as it rained the rust came off in one area. Emailed Eliot, who immediately responded, very helpful and apologetic, who is contact the manufacturers to let them know, and sending me a new one. Completely not their fault, just a defect, but superb customer service in resolving the issue. 5* service, I will buy from them again..

I had an issue with an item and The Farthing went above and beyond to remedy the matter.
They were brilliant and deserve all the praise and trade they can get.

The led lantern hare is really delightful. A lovely quirky addition to our home. Looks much more expensive than it cost. Would order from The Farthing again.

I initially ordered an item from the company which unfortunately due to delivery delays meant that I had to cancel. However the service provided in reimbursing me was quick and very professional. I look forward to placing my next order and having it fulfilled.

I ordered a Christmas cushion on 28th November 2024. I kept emailing to ask when it would be delivered as the weeks passed and no sign of the cushion. Customer Care was good and they apologised for the delay.
As Christmas fast approached, I asked for a refund. I was told that this wasn’t a problem and that the cushion would still be delivered to me as a goodwill gesture. On 19th December, my order was cancelled, there was still no sign of the cushion and as of today, January 3rd, I have yet to receive my refund. So very disappointed with The Farthing; I won’t be using this company again.
