I purchased a 3 light Tiffany fixture
It arrived in a very well packaged box
With bulbs and instructions on how to assemble it

I contacted customer service to ask for update they reply back with few hours with update on my tracking number

I bought 2 dining room pendant
Exact as advertised looks even better then the pictures on website
Shipping was faster then what was advertised

Over 10 weeks to have goods delivered, when it finally arrived I almost cried at the poor quality of the lamp that I paid $375 for. Did not have Australian plug, shades were like Tuppaware, all round disappointing, always check the origen of your goods. Shame on you clearhalo for pretending to be a European company when your goods clearly come from China. Rubbish that I can't afford to replace.

I ordered 5 frosted white glass done ceiling flush I am surprised at how they packed the fixture with so much care

Bought a dressing table for my teenager. She absolutely loved the design and the way it looked in her room. Easy to put together and sizes were accurate. The company were easy to order from and didn't have to wait to long for it to arrive. Would definitely recommend this company for stylish furniture. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought a white couch from them. When I finally got it months later it was grey/purple in colour and looked nothing like the colour on the website. When I raised that I needed a white couch and showed them photos of the colour they simply sent me dark photos of it in the warehouse saying it matched the description. I told them their pictures are misleading and I have had several people confirm what we received and invited them to send their own person to view the product or even invited them to face time to see the product is not what was on the website…..their response was simply to say…the colour ‘white’ is a reference to a primary colour only and in fact it was beige…legally that is misleading and deceptive. I was offered a refund if I paid for delivery to return it which was 3 times more than the value of the couch! They are so unprofessional and should be banned from selling online.

Great products and just as great customer service. When we had placed an order by mistake customer service helped us cancel because their order processing hadn't completed yet. Just as a customer wishes to be treated!
