I made a mistake when I had ordered my item. I emailed them, got a call and my mistake was quickly rectified. The person I spoke to was polite and helpful. Very good customer service.

Delivery was quick, well packaged. I unfortunately couldn’t use the chain as it didn’t fit my pendant on and was too small but the returns process was quick and easy!

I needed to buy a sterling silver chain to fit a cross pendant and needed advice, I emailed them and a gentleman called Tony responded he was most helpful and courteous, and he suggested the best type of chain for my needs and asked for photos so he could make sure the eye of the chain would fit through the bale, then I ordered it it was posted on Tuesday and arrived on Wednesday I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends, the chain arrived well packaged and was exactly right..😃

I ordered a premium 4mm Franco chain, 22 inches in length from The Chain Hut. The item arrived fast and was packaged well. The chain itself is superbly crafted with high quality links and clasp. Thé rhodium plating is done very well. Overall I’m very happy with the product.

As for the customer service, absolutely first class. The company answer queries very quickly and strive to provide the best customer service. I highly recommend The Chain Hut.

Ordered a chain on Thursday late afternoon and received it bright and early this Monday morning. Was a really easy and enjoyable shopping experience and have to say I am chuffed with what I received. I ordered the “Sterling Silver 3.3mm Diamond Cut Rope Chain Length: 20" Inch” and am blown away with what I received. The chain come nicely packaged in a small box and 2 small bags, the chain is nicely polished and has a good weight, proving to me it is of good quality. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely shop here again confidently.

Update - I've changed my 2 star to a 4 star rating. The company got in touch and gave some advice and agreed to send me a few chains to try.

I now have a chain which is great and I was tempted to keep them all!

I placed an order for a few items to try, which is pretty much the norm for online shopping as you can't try items in person.

My card was charged.

An email came through asking if I was planning on keeping everything or just one or two and returning the rest. I told the truth and said I'd keep one or maybe two depending on which I liked.

Order cancelled, refund will take a couple of days.

No attempt to find out what I wanted (help narrow the selection down)...

I would say this is poor customer service.

I can’t find fault with the chains I have bought from The Chain Hut. The quality is great and the price extremely competitive. The service I have received has also been brilliant. 5 stars.
