I know the world is changing, but do we really need delivery vans banging about on a Sunday morning at 0800. Our culture is being slowly eroded, Sunday is a day of rest. The driver couldn’t have made any more noise if he tried. But having seen all the other reviews you won’t respond 😔

The last 4 weeks my husband or I have bought fillet steak, it's not cheap but it's a cut we enjoy. Each and every time there has been gristle and fat in every piece. I don't expect perfection because it's a supermarket, but I do expect to enjoy my meals. Tesco you need to up your standards

The manager knew the problem, what Tesco customers were suffering and will have to suffer for several days, but did nothing and refused to do anything.
At Huddersfield, the Tesco Natwest ATM that is outside and just in front of the store entrance, kept the customer's cards and money. I knew of five people that were "scammed"? "stolen"?, and I avoided seven people to use the machine "loosing" their card.
The manager refused to put a warning note and nrither sent a person to warn the customers, despite he/she was told several times.

My entire order and delivery was cancelled the day it was due by Tesco, no reason given. I was notified by email, which I rarely look at, so I didn't realise until the delivery time had come and gone with no sign of groceries. Had they explained the situation by SMS (which they normally use for contact) I would have had time to go shopping in preparation for my visitors the next day. As it was I had to spend a good part of the morning not with my family but trawling around a supermarket. I have tried to get some kind of explanation from Tesco and ask them to use SMS as well as email for urgent messages in future but ended up just having to repeat my name and email address over and over again to a Bot. Poor show Tesco, I would give you zero stars if I could and in future I will be shopping elsewhere. You need to remember you are providing a service, your customers are important so start treating them with respect, your customer service is poor.

No staff at Berkhamsted Tesco Express to verify wine purchase. Had to abandon it and now on way to Waitrose. Self checkout is all very well and I'm sure it saves you a ton of money, but please at least have someone to help actual customers

Asked 3 times this week about product as non on shelves each time told due in that night come in morning and still no stock member of staff checked stock but also pointed out no stock between northampton and Milton Keynes he said maybe suppliers fault .also noticed some products have increased prices from 3£ then 4£ then 4.40 once clubcard price ended today 5£ .

I spend over £100 every week online and nearly every week there are same day dated doughnuts and next day dated products.only once in the last few weeks was a short dated product mentioned on the delivery receipt but the date was 3 days later! This week i got 2 packs of tesco sausages on the 19th august that were dated 21st! If i had contacted customer services about short dated products it woukd be everyweek! I ve tried a few times but could not get through!
The bad dates are not good enough so i have cancelled my delivery pass renewal.if it was possible to cancell my pass totally now i would!

i went to tesco today to buy somethings i asked the staff were do keep the frozen peas then the man shouted me at they were in the fridge. i then just paid and walked out when i have gone there in the past the same thing always happens very rude staff working behind the till never communicated with their customer at all just give me a dirty look.

The qaulity of delivered food is basically the out of date and poor quality food

I purchased a dinner set that become chipped after used, on the 08/08/26 I went to Tesco (Greenock, Scotland) to have a refund, with no original box the staff refused, forced to leave the items with them as too heavy. On the 12/08/08 I saw Tesco selling my chipped dinner set in parts for £3.50, £4.00 and £5.00 each, I got photos and original receipt as prove.

It's funny but, in my town, Tesco is always the cheapest for fuel. With their current offer 8p off per litre, their pump prices are 4p more expensive than Morrisons, meaning that their offer is only worth 4p per litre. Ripped-off in store and on the forecourt!!

We have been a loyal customer of Tesco over the past 7 years. On our recent visit to our local store on Newcastle Road, Roker, Sunderland our experience has made us rethink if we want to return. We always use the scanner to scan as we shop and then pay at the self checkout tills. On this particular day, we did our shopping as normal and it’s always a big shop not just a few things. We scanned as we shopped got to the self checkout tills and payed. We had alcohol in the trolley so the cashier had to come over to clear the sale. We were leaving the store using an escalator and as we came to the bottom we noticed a security guard and a member of Tesco staff waiting. As we got to the bottom we were approached by both and told we hadn’t payed for the alcohol! They wanted to search our shopping and we’d have to go back to the till area. This was so embarrassing so we refused and handed the Tesco worker our receipt. He then scanned the receipt and saw we had paid. He then apologised which really we accepted but wasn’t good enough in any way. What we are so disappointed with is the way in front of customers we were stopped, accused and if we’d gone with them the full store would have witnessed us being escorted like criminals. I work in education and my husband is an engineer! We have never had this treatment anywhere.

We often shop in our local Tescos and spend thousands each year online. We have received a parking fine for £70 for apprently staying for 8 hours in their car park. We didn't, we made two seperate trips 8 hours apart and have the receipts to prove this. We went to customer services for help and they said it s nothing to do with them. Terrible company, avoid.

We visited store 6573, we were assisted by Abu Abdul I must say great customer service, approachable, friendly and very helpful. Went above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things about Abz !

I purchased items in Tesco, Newcastle (Northern Ireland) store 17/08/26 coming to over £70. I had gathered up Clubcard vouchers totalling £50.50 which I was using with cash. The balance requested by the checkout operator was £12.00 more than I expected. When I queried this the girl said 3 vouchers were out of date & had been rejected. I was surprised but paid her as there was a queue & shop was busy. As I was leaving, I just said can you give me the rejected vouchers back please. She was not very pleased but kind of pushed them towards me. On checking the vouchers as I left the shop, I realised the said vouchers were stamped valid until 28/02/27, 30/11/27 & 31/05/28. I don't know what the game is or what calendar this store is using but it's unacceptable & only I asked for the return of the rejected vouchers I would have lost £12.00 which as Tesco keep spouting 'Every Little Helps' which is important to me on a fixed income. It's a pity Tesco don't adhere to their own slogan regarding help. I did try to record this event through their How Did We Do survey but discovered that has been axed. I think Tesco were not coping well with the ever-mounting criticism. They could avoid it if they would buck up their ideas & customer service.

I had very bad experience in tesco express exactly in london harrow road city of wesminster one customer service women was horrible to me angry and shouting only because I struggled on self check out to pay plastic carrying beg I will never ever go back there is or even spend a penny in all tesco stores absolutely shocking wont recommend it at all

Tesco filling station at Burton on Trent. Air pressure machine wildly out of sync with reality. Over-reading by 3psi. Timer grossly ineffective. Label on machine states £1 for 8 mins. Machine cuts out after 3 mins. Weights & Measures informed.

Absolutely rubbish. They have no contact form and attempted via their WhatsApp. Had to rejoin chat 4 times and the last person told me they can only read notes from the moment they join. So I had to continuously repeat. Staff don't understand. Such waste of Tesco's money + resources!

I’ve had enough. The small Tesco shop in Rottingdean, East Sussex, is always filthy dirty. It’s like this in the Rottingdean branch all the time: floor littered, unswept and dirty, checkouts filthy. It’s not the only small Tesco convenience store I’ve seen like this. But I was so fed up with it that today I complained to the two male members of staff on the shop floor. One of them threw up his hands and said that Tesco “got rid of its cleaners ages ago, the shop doesn’t have any cleaners and what are we supposed to do” Tge other male walked off. . I said “that’s not good for a shop that sells food though, is it?” Who likes to buy food that is being stored and displayed in such a filthy place? Where are the inspectors who check for bacteria? What I didn’t add was that the woman I was with is severely immune-compromised. I’m nursing her through aggressive cancer and an infection could for her be life-threatening. I’m disgusted with Tesco. Seriously, how much money are you making through your tills every day, guys? Isn’t it bad enough that you’re swapping live people’s jobs for machines so you can add a few quid extra profit to the billions you already have? Did you really have to show how little you care about the welfare of your human clients and staff by forcing them to work and shop in such a s**t hole? I’m sure you won’t be surprised to hear that I’ll no longer be shopping at Tesco until you clear up your crap and start respecting humans over pounds in the bank.
